Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

Check in was flexible as the keys were picked up in a safe deposit box. The home was cozy and full of necessary details that saved us the costs of the purchase. On the other hand, the air conditioning fails us several times. Some technicians came but as I kept failing, we changed the apartment. We are so grateful for the treatment!

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was clean and had everything we needed. The area is quiet and great for walks. It’s close to the supermarked. You can walk to the beach in 20min. The pool was closed, so we didn’t get to try that. I would recommend this place.

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at this beautiful place, the hosts were beyond friendly, the views stunning, ambience calm - in brief, it was everything I looked for for a few days of relaxing by the sea. I give my warmest recommendations!

Lilian Magali’s place was outstanding! It had a stunning view of golf course and ocean and a very spacious patio area where we spent all our time. The space inside was spotlessly clean and new, with beautiful finishes. The place is walking distance from the beach and many good places to eat. The hosting was excellent too. We will surely be back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed — three beautiful swimming pools, a pool table, a gym, and parking, all of which made the experience even better. The hosts were incredible and so friendly — special shout-out to Thomas for making everything so easy and welcoming. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay!

Staying at Elena’s apartment was a fantastic experience and true joy. The property is perfectly maintained and tastefully decorated. Location is simply unbeatable, just few minutes walking from the beach and all restaurants and coffee shops. Elena is an amazing host. Always available to help or give advice about the area. The whole experience gave us the feeling that we were staying with a friend. From all the AirBnBs that we have ever stayed at this is definitely the best one. Thank you Elena for hosting us.

Nice and cozy apartment with a very large balcony with sea views. The manager was super friendly and helpful.

Very relaxing stay in a condo complex on the beach. Quiet neighbours and a very beautiful view from the rooftop patio to watch the ocean which we used mostly in the evening when the sun was going down and the temperature was cooler. The apartment was great with plenty of space and everything you need to make the stay enjoyable. Very clean and the bed was comfortable. We loved using both the pool and the ocean to relax by every day. Easy 15 minute walk to "the village" with great restaurants or short trip into Marbella for more to explore. Highly recommended!

Brenda has been a wonderful host, she has always responded to my messages promptly and diligently. There was an incident with the frame and glass of a picture and it was tremendously generous and kind. I definitely recommend her home and hope to be back shortly .

We had a fabulous month’s stay at the apartment. The view of the harbour from the balcony is amazing, we loved watching the morning sunrises. The balcony gets the sun in the morning and is a great place to people watch with the numerous cafes and restaurants it overlooks. The apartment was very well equipped with a beautiful new bathroom. We found it a real home from home and warm. The beds were super comfy. This apartment is in a fantastic location with many restaurants and bars and the beach just a short walk away. We really loved it and will definitely be returning.

An ideal location in beautiful Estepona. The apartment is super for a couple with everything you could ask for. Raquel met us and showed us where everything was. Plenty of towels, sheets etc even supplying beach towels. A fantastic shower. Fully recommend this apartment.

The location is perfect! Accommodations are suitable for 2 people. We used the sofa sleeper which was comfortable. The unit has everything you need. Hosts are excellent!

We had a wonderful 5 days at Anne-Catherine’s place. The location is great so close to the beach, restaurants and bars. We were there mid June and it was very relaxing and quiet. The apartment was nicely decorated, homely & clean.

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

The apartment is in an excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Lots bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The roof top is a real sun trap.

I absolutely loved Nuscha’s place. It is super homely, the balcony is huge. It is a great location with getting to the centre of Banus and under 10 minutes. I recommend this home very much. Has everything you need in a great and safe complex
