We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and absolutely clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great outdoor kitchen – it was super equipped and had everything you need to cook. Mario was a great host: very helpful, friendly and gave us lots of valuable tips about the place, including recommendations for great restaurants. The beach is only 4–5 minutes away by foot – perfect for surfing or just relaxing. Ayampe itself is a very special, magical place that enchanted us directly. We highly recommend the accommodation and the entire experience!

Highly recommended place, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, all the amenities and it didn't lack anything at all. From sheets, towels and so on, to what is needed for cooking. Maritza gave us transportation numbers from the airport to the accommodation (Sarita), whom we also recommend using her service, as well as local transportation. Highly recommended

Wow! Nicest Airbnb we have stayed at. House was only a few months from completed construction. Beautiful! The pictures accurately represent the stay. The inside of the house is just as nice as outside. Grateful to John for letting us stay at such short notice. Any time we had trouble he personally came over. There is a family that manages the property too and they are really great and helpful. Joel even took our family pictures on the beach! THIS IS A MUST STAY and an even BETTER PRICE!

The stay in this house was super good, very comfortable place and everything was clean, Alina took care of us kindly and attentive in everything, the photos that are on Airbnb are good, but it is better when you see it physically, the house is much better than what you can see in the published photos, the good thing that has its location is that it is close to the center of Puerto Lopez and Montañita. Jorge, the owner, was very attentive to answer all your questions, we would definitely come back.

Very good stay, it is a comfortable place to spend a weekend. Everything is the same as what you see in the pictures, super recommended.

The place is very nice, access to the pool and common areas is very good. The apartment is a very spacious duplex. We were unable to have hot water during the stay, although due to the weather it was not a problem.

Fantastic apartamento right on the beach and part of the lovely Hotel Rishuo! Restaurant is amazing, and the family who owns Rishuo are very helpful. This is close to the main Santa Marianita town, so you can see the fishing boats come in and out and it’s an easy walk to the local stores. Very nice community. Also an easy walk to the kite boarding school and anything else in SM. Very comfortable, and large balconies overlooking the pool area and the beach. The only thing I’d say that would be nice is a TV in the living room, if a family wanted to watch together at night.
