Family-friendly vacation rentals in Puertito de Güímar

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto de la Cruz. Luisa is a lovely host who replies quickly and is very happy to give local recommendations. She even met us very late on our first night (1am!) to let us in and show us around the property. The house itself is large and beautiful and very well-equipped for a big group. We had everything we needed to cook for a week as a group of nine, and more than enough space. The heated pool really is amazing and was such a treat in early May. Highly recommend this house!

The check-in and welcome by Markus were very warm – even wine and chocolate on arrival was thought of. The cleanliness was absolutely top, and the view of the sea as well as the terrace are simply unbeatable. The furniture is high quality, and in the kitchen you will really find everything you need to cook – including fresh coffee beans for the fully automatic machine. All around a nice stay!

I honestly didn’t want to write this review to gate keep it, however that would not be fair. 10/10 I only have positive things to say about the house as well as Lorenzo. The apartment was super clean and only a beautiful walk away from the city center, the only tiny little downside is that when it’s busy it can be hard to find a parking space but don’t let that stop you. Lorenzo was an absolute amazing host, He is super kind and so easy to communicate with and always ready to help! We wanted to check out a bit later and that was no problem, He was there to greet us when we arrived even after we had an delay and arrived much later than planned he was still there with a lot of warmth and kindness that made us feel super welcomed! He also helped with finding a parking space and kept communicating our whole stay. Even tried to make an effort to come and say bye to us.The apartment has an amazing view of the mountains and sea.Thank you so much for everything Lorenzo!😊

very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. We were absolutely happy with our stay at the villa! Our host Daniel did everything he could to make our time as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The view was stunning, and the walk down to the beach was a little adventure in itself. We were a group of 7 adults and one baby, and the house was perfectly suited for us. A baby crib was provided, and Daniel even brought us a baby bathtub, which we really appreciated. There was plenty of space for everyone! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to use the cinema room downstairs, but it looked amazing and very impressive. We had a wonderful time and can absolutely recommend this place. We had a very nice time in this Maria's place. The house is spacious, comfortable, fully equipped with everything you need and with the plus of the jacuzzi and barbecue area. We will try to repeat, without a doubt !!!.

It's a wonderful place in Vilaflor. We stayed there with 4 adults and 2 small children and there was plenty of room for all of us. The location is very nice as the only building on top of a hill. Especially in summer highly recommended.

Davide was very helpful and welcoming. The villa had stunning views, was very clean and spacious and was well equipped. The location was quiet and peaceful and a short 15mins drive to Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas. We had a lovely holiday and would definitely consider returning to this villa. I would highly recommend.

The cottage has a lot of charm, the immediate environment is more in its juice, but this corresponds to the description and the name "rural"

We stayed 10 days at Cynthia and Carlos's place. The two and their children are just wonderful people. Carlos was very helpful and helped us a lot, among other things, when we were robbed on the first day in Puerto de la Cruz. The house is situated in the mountains with fantastic views. Getting there is a bit adventurous the first time, but spectacular. The wooden house is as described and our children were very happy every morning to visit the chickens on the terrace as well as the fresh eggs. We can only recommend the house.

One of the best AirBnBs we ever had. Very very huge, because you can also use the pool, the barbecue and the chill out area. Very private, as the whole area is surrounded by walls. Maximum clean. We enjoyed the presence of the cute cats that live in town, especially Negrito. Many good restaurants are just 10 to 15 minutes away by car. You can watch the ocean and the sunrise from the apartment.

This was one special stay! This cave is a sacred and cozy spot full of an amazing energy. The place more spatious than it seemed in the pictures and super comfortable with everything you need inside. It didn’t take long for us to feel at home. The hosts were very responsive and detail-oriented, providing us in the cave with all things you may need to make you feel right at home. You definitely need a car to move around as there is nothing really within walking distance. But we love the quietness and remoteness of this space. It has a beautiful terace where we chilled and made a grill, and also a terace on top of the cave where you have an amazing view of the region and the ocean. We spent two weeks there and this cave made our stay 10 times more special! Thank you so much 💚

We have just had a great few days at Carmen Rosa’s apartment. When we got there we met Tamara’s mother who made us so welcome!! We were after a complete chill out break and this is what we got. The apartment I had everything you need, including a large balcony terrance which catches the sun most of the day. I would certainly recommend a car for your visit. There are a couple of local supermarkets but 2 larger ones (including a Lidl) only a few minutes drive away. The apartment is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed just sitting watching the boats come in and out of the harbour. I would really recommend This apartment.

We were a group of 4 people in the north of Tenerife, mainly to explore its trails and enjoy the cuisine. José Ángel's house met expectations because it is located near Anaga, La Laguna, Puerto de la Cruz, Icod, etc., which is the main thing we wanted to visit; everything is very accessible via the highway that is 2/3 km away. The house is high in the municipality, so you should bring something warm (depending on the time of year). The house is located on a sloping road, so I recommend parking on a roadside about 30 or 40 meters from the door and walking up, as it takes some skill to maneuver by car. The living room, kitchen and bedrooms are very well equipped and comfortable. The bedrooms are accessed via a spiral staircase (not suitable for very young children). José Ángel very kindly gave us a bottle of local wine. The views from the rooftop are amazing. We'll be back!!!

You feel at home , have a good stay,good bedding , important linens. They stay responsive by email. We're thrilled .

Perfect stay for 2. Nearby to bus station, grocery store, beach, and the town. Slept very well in the super comfortable bed, along with the curtains that close in the room making it very cozy. Loved eating breakfast on the balcony and walking to the beach to see the sunset. Hope to stay there again!

Olga's accommodation is simply amazing, it has everything you could possibly need. The view, the proximity to public transportation and shops, the swimming pools… everything allows us to have an excellent vacation in Tenerife. In addition, Olga is a very kind person and available for anything we need. 😍 I would recommend it without so much as a second thought!

The views from the apartment are spectacular: we woke up every day with the Atlantic in the front row and, at night, sleeping with the sound of the sea was tremendously relaxing. Although the morning weather did not always accompany us, waking up to the ocean more than made up for it. The listing description matches 100% with what we found and has everything you need to prepare something light; it also includes a practical beach pack, so you don't need to buy extras. The lack of mobile coverage helps you disconnect, and the fiber is powerful for "whatsapping". Thank you, Nazaret, for your attention and for a very simple check-in/check-out!

We had the pleasure of staying at Xavier’s little paradise. If you’re looking for a place where you can find peace and be surrounded by beautiful tropical flora, book this place! The house is very comfortable, with a good mattress and pillows, and everything you need to prepare nice meals. Xavier is an excellent and extremely kind host. We’ll definitely book this place again!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location, right in front of the sea. Everything was spotless, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind. I’d definitely stay here again!

Lovely flat in a peaceful area right by the beach, comfortably furnished and well-equipped. There’s a scenic coastal trail just next to the flat that’s perfect for watching the sunrise. Although there was some construction nearby, it wasn’t disruptive at all. Laura was a wonderful host—very welcoming and checked in multiple times to see if I needed anything. The only minor drawback is that, being on the ground floor, the flat doesn’t get a lot of natural light. However, it’s not a big issue, especially if you keep the window open.
