This two-story 1970s home has 3 bedrooms. Upstairs is the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, living room, 1 bedroom with a 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and board games (room where my belongings will be). Downstairs is another bedroom with a bathroom, shower, and a 140 cm bed. Outside, the property is fenced, with a 9x5 pool, a pleasant outdoor terrace in the morning because it is in the shade, a petanque court, a trampoline, a summer kitchen with a pizza oven, a plancha, a barbecue, a shower, and a toilet.

This old stone building has been carefully renovated to combine the charm of the old and modern comforts.
