Monthly Rentals in Psathadika

Being able to stay in one of the sirmatas (fisherman's houses) on the island is a total treat. This is a gorgeous cove, and tourists come down to visit all day long. But if you are renting here, you are already there before they arrive and after they leave. The Airbnb is immaculate. One bedroom+bathroom opens to the balcony, and a second bedroom+bathroom opens to the balcony too, but also has the kitchenette inside (just be aware that there is no separation/door between the kitchenette and the latter bedroom, so early morning risers making coffee may wake up later sleepers in their bed a few feet away :). We had a great time exploring the cove, playing with the island cats, and walking 30 seconds from our room into the sea. There's also a trendy bar/cafe on the small beach, with loungers, if that's your thing. But Yianni bought us some wine and basic groceries and the villa has two areas to lounge in the sun, so we just stayed in our villa and enjoyed every moment. Efharisto, Yianni!

The place was lovely, on a beautiful beach, and well-located on the island. It was very clean, and Katerina and Fotini made it very easy to find and get in. It had a nice bed and a small but decent bathroom. Super peaceful and relaxing. They had furniture to sit outside on the porch and lounge chairs to relax in front of the beach. It was also well equipped with toiletries and kitchen gear for a short stay (toaster, kettle, coffee machine). With a car, it was very easy to get to all parts of the island. We ran into some issues with the apartment, but they were very responsive and were able to resolve it quickly and well. It was amazing to walk out onto the beach in the mornings. Great for a couple.

We were only able to enjoy Costas's apartment for one full day but it left an impression. next time we're on Milos, we would book with him again. He was so helpful with suggested things to do with the short time we had on the island. Plus he gave us a fantastic reco for a local beach that made our trip. Milos is a beautiful island and Costas place is a great jumping off point to all the sights. Thank you and I hope Milos remains quiet and peaceful for everyone to enjoy.

We stayed 3 nights at this beautiful oasis, pictures nor words can explain the surreal nature of this place. You are literally on the beach, sunrises and sunsets will captivate you here. Please show love to the cat neighbors, especially the mixed color calico cat who can use some extra love, since she’s pregnant and very friendly and took our hearts. We did not want to leave, you will not regret your stay here. Marinos was an exceptional host, he arranged our quad and carried our luggage down to the beach. We definitely recommend renting a quad or car for going into the main town which is about a 10 minute drive. We are still dreaming about this place, a gem for sure in Milos that you won’t forget.
