We liked the house very much; it had everything; the host Stratos had thought of everything; he also gave us very good information about places to visit in the area. You can walk from the house to the beach; there are markets in the village where you can find everything. I definitely recommend this house.

Kika and her family were great hostes. They provided the apartment with all you need. Great place for famlies,grocerys and bakery very close by. This area is in general very quite. Kika and her family were very helpfull and friendly. We are very happy that we found that place and we hope to come back another time.

Lovely little villa but not quite as described. Not so much of a beach as just access to water which was still fine but not really what we were expecting. Villa was also a little smaller than the photos seemed to show. Had a lovely time regardless and the host was very friendly and helpful always quick to respond to any questions we had.

Staying here was an experience that touched our hearts. The house was comfy, perfectly equipped, chill on hot days and super quite during the night. The terrace offered perfect shade. We were blown by heartwarming details like finding a glass in the freezer to enjoy a cold beer, or the delicious jam and honey, the fine coffee and the list continues. We adored the garden with its little meditation corner under the olive trees. We were grateful we could use the kayak and SUPs anytime we wanted and incredibly impressed by Dimitra's and her father's hospitality and kindness.

La casa es preciosa. Muy acogedora. Excelente ubicación. Las indicaciones que la anfitriona proporciona son muy claras y fáciles de seguir. Ella es muy amable y siempre está al pendiente de lo que se necesita. Sin duda regresaré en alguna otra ocasión. 🤗🤗🤗

We were very happy with Costas apartment and felt comfortable. Everything important for families and children is there, which is a big advantage. Communication with Costas was also super easy. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Haus direkt am Meer mit privater Bucht. Einsame, tolle Lage! Relativ schnell aber auch in Ouranoupolis, auf Amouliani und an anderen wunderschönen Stränden wie z.B. Karydibeach (Sithonia). Wir haben unsere Ferienzeit sehr genossen! Im Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt: Küche gut ausgestattet, Handtücher, Strandlaken, Föhn, …..alles da.

Μείναμε στο τρίγωνο σπίτι για ένα βράδυ, η εμπειρία ήταν φανταστική!!Το σπίτι υπέροχο , μοσχομύριζε καθαριότητα τόσο το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού αλλά και όλα τα κλινοσκεπάσματα οι πετσέτες τα καλύμματα των καναπέδων ! άψογη διαρρύθμιση φοβερή οργάνωση η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη ήταν αυτό που θα ζητούσε ο καθένας άμεση φιλική και όλες οι οδηγίες σαφέστατες!Ο εξωτερικός χώρος προσεγμένος , οργανωμένος με μαξιλάρια φωτισμός σε όλο το κήπο και στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους, ένας μικρός παράδεισος δίπλα απ τη Θεσσαλονίκη !Μπράβο σας για την τόσο προσεγμένη δουλειά που έχετε κάνει και για την αγάπη γι’ αυτό που κάνετε γιατί αυτό φαίνεται!!! Θα τα ξαναπούμε σύντομα !!

Our vacation went very well, we enjoyed every minute of it! Here is what we loved: + location. Steps to the beach, we went for a swim at least 2 times a day. No need to bring umbrella and chairs, you can come back and relax by the pool when you have your own private shade and lounge chairs. + friendly staff, that replied to our requests very quickly + nice and clean pool and garden + 5 minutes drive to the grocery stores and restaurants What could be improved: - bathrooms were clean but have seen better times and could be renovated - same goes for the kitchen Be aware that this gem is located near a very popular beach bar, music coming from it was sometimes very loud, Saturday night up until 3 a.m. Overall is is a clear recommendation, we would gladly stay there longer and are planning to return.

Eva was fantastic throughout our stay. Her home is beautifuly decorated, with lots of care and attention to detail. It has absolutely everything you need to feel at home. Location is a bit off the grid for a peaceful, quiet stay, but the beach across the street is lovely, the village is nearby, and there are lots of other places to visit within 30 min drive. We could only stay for a few days but would not hesitate to stay longer next time. Thank you Eva for the warm, attentive welcome!

The house is really nice and the host tried to help us we everything we needed. The house was clean, exactly like in the pictures. But the house the following downsides: - video cameras pointing to the patio and the pool aria - the location pined on the map is really wrong. the house is far away from the location pointed. you can reach the beach only by car like 10 min away of driving - birds nests on the patio and on the balcony, so if you have a bird phobia like myself I advice to not book the place

He is always available during your time there and ready to help with anything you need. As for the accommodation itself: The property was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. All the rooms were spacious and had their own private bathrooms. The outdoor area was absolutely amazing – a large, clean pool, comfortable lounging areas, and a spacious covered area with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen for cooking and dining. The garden and green areas were also beautifully maintained. You can truly see how much love and effort has been put into this place. We’re already looking forward to our next stay with you!

Es ist ein idyllischer Ort um seinen Urlaub zu verbringen und zur Ruhe zu kommen mit einem uralten Olivenbaum zum darunter verweilen, 30m vom menschenleeren Strand emtfernt. Toller Swimmingpool mit Abendbeleuchtung und Sprungbrett. Vor allem die Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter und seiner Familien macht diesen Urlaub unvergesslich!

I had a fantastic time at this accommodation. The view of the pool and the sea beyond was truly beautiful, making me feel like I was in paradise. The staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was incredibly delicious. The cleanliness was also excellent, and I would love to come back with another family.

Wir haben Irinis Hause in der absoluten Nachsaison im Oktober gebucht. Und das war super, denn wir hatten die tollen Strände für uns alleine. Das Haus und der Pool ist perfekt, die Ausstattung sehr gut. Betten bequem. Unser Highlight, die Katzen der Nachbaren. Das Haus ist umgeben von olivenbäumen. Und morgens kräht der Hahn und der Ziegenhirte läuft am Garten vorbei. Man braucht aber auf jeden Fall ein Auto, schon alleine um die vielen Strände zu besuchen. Natürlich waren viele Restaurants und Geschäfte nicht mehr auf. Unser Tipp ist Afitos, wo man noch eine gute Auswahl hat. Hier unbedingt zum Restaurant Mpogiata essen gehen! Am Strand von Pefkohori zwischen Pier und Wassersport Pefkohori war auch noch ein paar Bars offen. Der Whitebeach bei uns im Ort hatte noch Liegen stehen, die wir für 10 Euro nutzen durften. Am dem Strand dort waren wir ebenfalls alleine! In der Nebensaison würden wir zu hundertprozent nochmal wiederkommen.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in the centre of Neos Marmaras. The view of the sea is pretty. Marini was very very helpful. He gave us good recommendations for food and drinks and places to visit. The communication was really good and friendly. We felt very welcome in Neos Marmaras. I would recommend this airbnb! It was also very clean. Comfortable bed and the balcony was great.

Ich war 11 Tage bei Kostas und Gianna. Ich war das erste Mal alleine im Urlaub und war Anfangs deswegen etwas nervös.Die Nervosität legte sich mit dem ersten Schritt, den ich durch das Eingangstor machte.Gianna hat mich freudig begrüsst und mich durch die Tage immer wieder mit tollen Köstlichkeiten verwöhnt. Auch Kostas gab mir zu jeder Zeit das Gefühl,herzlich willkommen zu sein und gab mir immer wieder gute Tipps für Unternehmungen, Strände oder Restaurants. Ich habe noch nie erlebt, dass Gastgeber so mit dem Herz dabei sind und auch aufrichtig Interesse an den Gästen zeigen und diese mit einbeziehen. Ich wurde zum Barbecue eingeladen und am Abflugstag zu einem leckeren Mousaka, welches Gianna aufwendig zubereitete. Auch die Hündin Bianca war ein weiteres Highlite. Ihren Blicken kann man kaum etwas ausschlagen. Und dann die kleine Baby-Katze Lisa. Sie hat mein Herz erobert 🥰 Dann die Lage… Es ist wirklich ein kleines Stückchen Paradies. Wir haben im Haus von Periklis und seiner Frau eine tolle Zeit verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön, die Terrasse, der Garten und der eigene Zugang zum Wasser sensationell. In der Vorsaison war zwar rundherum noch nicht alles geöffnet, aber genau das und die damit verbundene Ruhe haben wir gesucht und gefunden. Wir bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft, die uns entgegengebracht wurde! Viele Grüße!

Kosta is ana amazing host and if you like to have an amazing beachfront experience then this is the spot. The host provided beach towels an chairs for us to use. You will experience the most Unforgettable sunset at night on the porch of that house. Loved the vintage charm of this house an Kosta has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. This is one of the best places we have stayed. The apartment is well designed with modern furniture inside, a comfortable bed and lots of crockery and kitchen utensils. The outside balcony and the views from inside are stunning. We will miss waking up and looking at the view from bed!! It is a quiet area so sleeping at night is a dream. Parking is easy and the town offers lots of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk into town and along to the next bay for even more choice of restaurants. If you have a car it is worth driving over to the other side of the peninsula for a range of different coves and beaches. Getting into the apartment is really easy with an electronic keypad on the door handle. Vagelis gave excellent information and was easy to contact. There is always hot water and the shower is modern and powerful. The washing machine also works well. We would highly recommend this apartment for anyone who wants to explore the area.

Престоят ни беше изключително приятен! Жилището е точно както е описано – чисто, уютно и напълно оборудвано с всичко необходимо. Комуникацията с домакина беше бърза и лесна и ни помогна с полезна информация за района. Локацията е отлична. Определено бихме отседнали отново!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns in dem Haus am Meer sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer haben wir zu den Mahlzeiten sehr genossen. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Platz, gepflegt und sauber, es hat alles was es für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt braucht. Dimitri und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeber, immer ansprechbar und haben uns gute Tipps gegeben wo man gut essen kann oder auch wo schöne Strände zum Baden sind. Vielen Dank – es war sehr schön hier und ist sehr empfehlenswert .
