Cottage vacation rentals in Provincetown

This is our second time staying at Kendra’s cozy home. So clean and cozy felt right at home. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a place with more linens available if needed. Also enjoyed the quiet fenced in yard. We love our walks around the neighborhood and down to the beach with our pup. We will definitely be back!

Sweet, cozy house that’s perfect for 2-3 people. Very comfortable bathroom and kitchen, esp for a smaller house. Great outdoor space and loved the rope swing!

We had such an amazing time at Anne’s beachfront cottage. My girlfriend, pup and I spent about a week there to celebrate my birthday and staying here while on the island made it such a stress free trip. The house was well-stocked with supplies, towels, and pantry items that we would have otherwise forgotten to bring. The LOCATION was unbeatable, close to everything while still being secluded from the main road. The backyard views were immaculate, sitting on the beach for the sunset and enjoying the breeze, playing in the water with the dog. We all loved it! My only minor complaint is that the beach got a bit dirty with seaweed by the end of our stay, but I know that’s unavoidable due to the position within the cove. We would definitely come back for a future stay on the Vineyard!

It was our second time staying at Amanda’s beautiful cottage and we hope not the last! The space is adorable and very spacious for a couple or a couple plus a guest (which was the case on this visit). The garden is a wonderful oasis to hang out and have meals and we appreciated Amanda being flexible to allow us to bring a solo stove. The area is so rich with wildlife and Mashpee Neck and the causeway beach are the best. We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back.

Sue's place was perfect for our mother-daughter weekend. Sue provided a comprehensive list of restaurants in the area, but we prepared all of our meals in the kitchen, which was well-appointed, very much appreciated. We enjoyed daily walks to the beach. Though it was off-season and overcast, inside it was perfectly cozy. The fireplace was great to return to. Sue was quick to return texts, and very welcoming. The snack basket was well received! Would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Bonnie’s cottage! It was quaint and cozy. Very clean and comfortable for our family of 3 and our doggie ! Bonnie was extremely helpful and responsive providing clear instructions and videos. We loved the location being so close to the beach and many other great restaurant spots/ desserts. Check-in/out was very easy. We would recommend this place to anyone planning a small trip to the cape!

We traveled to the cape for a youth soccer tournament and wanted to find a place with room for our family and dog. Daniel's cottage was perfect for our family of 4 - a nice cozy cottage with beach access, all the comforts of home, and a great location. Daniel was a great host - proactive friendly location and a clean house with everything we needed.

We loved our short but sweet stay at Casa Sebastian. The ambience and decor are so thoughtful and we immediately felt at home. The Duplo blocks were an instant mood booster to our frustrated toddler (as was looking out the windows in the loft). The walk to the beach along the wooden boardwalk and path was short and a fun activity for our son. Even on a rainy day, we felt cozy and at ease listening to the rain and watching movies. We would love to stay again in the future! Thank you Mikhail and Erin!

Carl’s cottage was the perfect little get away! It was just the right size for me and my husband and very close to the beach. The yard was a bit overgrown but other than that, a great place!

Teagan’s place was exactly as described. Had a girls trip memorial day weekend and the spot didn’t disappoint. There were enough beds to accomodate us, it was spacious and very clean. We could see the beach path through the sliders and we were able to walk right down to the beach. Unfortunately there was a huge storm during half our trip but the cottage was such a cute spot to just chill and relax while waiting out the storm.

Mazie was great host and her place was perfect for our family. Walkable to beach. The kids could ride their bikes on the dead end road and they had a little candy and Icecream store they liked to bike to not far. The inside was great. We had four kids and our two youngest loved the little loft area as their room. The backyard was great for relaxing grilling and the outdoor shower was perfect to have for back and forth trips to the beach all day. Mazie was a great host and we are grateful for our stay at her beautiful home.

Really enjoyed this stay!! The hot tub was perfect for the chilly nights during the weekend, the kitchen was furnished with snacks, the bed was supremely comfortable, and the windows brought in great sunlight. Would absolutely recommend it, and hope to stay again in the future.

Very good place Cousy my husband and I love the jacuzzi my favorite part!❤️ ..I didn’t really like the patio kinda of simple but other wise everything was good well recommended for a couples!

Art is simply amazing to deal with for a host very responsive, home is beautiful right on the lake plenty of room for 2 -3 families..this is our 3rd year staying and hands down our favorite airbnb.

Such a beautiful place! We loved being by the beach and a little outside of town. We would absolutely recommend this to anyone in the area. Very comfortable and great location. Brendan was a great host too!

Absolutely love Luke’s place ! Nicely , comfortably furnished with a great Cape Cod vibe , up to date well stocked kitchen , fabulous glassed in tile shower , high end comfy beds . The space is bright & clean , with a wonderful private outdoor deck & patio.. The house is in easy walking distance to town , but tucked away from the hustle & bustle in a nice quiet neighborhood. Luke was pleasant & easy to communicate with . We’re hoping to come back soon for another stay !

The cottage was a great get away for 2. The walk to the beach is very convenient and downtown is just a short drive away. The bathroom is a bit tight. Check in and check out were both easy and Kristen’s tips on finding the cottage were very helpful

Jim was an excellent host! The place was a tiny cottage right on the beach. We took advantage of being able to jump into the ocean for a swim first thing in the morning. Priceless! The cottage was tiny and minimal, so it felt like glamping. Although there was just enough amenities that I was able to cook a gourmet swordfish dinner one night while watching the sun set over Provincetown. Again, priceless! The location is terrific, just 5 miles from downtown Provincetown, so you can bike, or drive, or take a shuttle. Oh, and Day’s Market, just across the street is the best curated camp store I have ever seen…and their deli made exceptional sandwiches. Yum! All in all, staying at Jim’s cottage on shore road in Truro was an interesting experience; something we had wanted to try for years. The cottage is in a row of beach cottages set right next to one another, so it’s important to have welcoming neighbors

A real gem. I stayed here with a friend and his dog for a weekend. 1. Location. A short 5 min walk to commercial makes it easy to walk around and makes it far enough away that you aren’t dealing with the noise on the main strip. 2. The outdoor space was incredible. We got it for the dog but wound up having ourselves a nice evening grilling and sitting outside one night. 3. Indoors was squeaky clean. Kitchen is FULLY stocked from a gadget and hardware perspective. I recently joked to my wife that all airbnbs say they are fully stocked but no airbnb has basic things like a zester or a lemon squeezer. You guessed it, this place these and more! As someone who loves to cook, I so appreciated this. Lastly, the living space was both spacious and cozy for a 2 bedroom. Perfect space for anyone trying to enjoy their company and feel relaxed in a home away from home. 4. Host was very kind and communicative! Will return if I can!

Cozy cottage on a private street. Close enough to the ocean that you can hear the waves crashing.

This is a lovely quaint, small, rustic cottage perched high on the sand bluff in Wellfleet Harbor. The bed is quite comfortable. Linens and other furnishings are of very nice quality. Charles is very responsive. Enjoy!

Doug’s place is such a slice of heaven — peaceful, cozy, and beautiful views of the beach/water. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back!
