It is a 3-minute walk to the lake, with beach and bike path and about 10/12 minutes walk to Arona station, directly connected to Milan. ATTENTION: since the house is located on a main road, convenient for all services, it is NOT isolated and quiet like a house in the countryside, it is on a main road and there may be noise related to the road.

Located along the gentle shores of Lake Corgeno, Antica Cascina is just 15 minutes from Malpensa, 30 minutes from Milan, 15 minutes from Lake Maggiore, a destination renowned for its magnificent landscapes, culture and food and wine activities. The main economic activities (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants) are only 5 minutes away. Antica Cascina is located along the bike path that runs along the entire Lake Corgeno and Varese for a total of over 50 km.

La mia casetta è un vecchio fienile ristrutturato mantenendo il sasso originale, è il posto ideale per una vacanza rilassante, si trova in un angolo molto tranquillo con il suo giardino recintato dove è possibile godere del sole tutto l'anno, leggere un libro in pace, mangiare sotto il portico, prendere il sole in giardino. La casetta si trova a due passi dal centro di Verbania e dalla spiaggia. Perfetta per una vacanza da soli o in coppia o con bimbi.
