Your host, Claudio, is simply wonderful. He communicates quickly. The home is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We were a team of 5 and even with 5 people we had ample room to be comfortable. A rare find. We’ll definitely be back.

Emidio's apartment is in an absolutely beautiful location, both for landscape and architecture. The apartment itself is wonderful with a gigantic terrace that offers a fabulous view of the surroundings and the sea. The cleanliness was impeccable and the area is really quiet and easy to park. Emidio was a perfect and very kind host, he provided us with a lot of information about the surrounding areas and welcomed us as if we were at home. We will definitely be back to enjoy a few more days and discover those fantastic areas.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Fenice. Amelia & Kevin made us feel extremely welcome in their beautiful home. They really have thought of everything from spare toothbrushes to beach towels! If you fancy giving Abruzzo a try you couldn’t choose a better place to stay

Everything about our stay was perfect. Elisabetta is an incredibly warm and hospitable woman. Our breakfast each morning prepared by her wonderful son was a beautiful was to start each day. Her B&B is the perfect respite! We will return!

Since I had a wedding in Pescara, I decided to indulge in some relaxation among the olive trees of Silvi... The house is beautiful and clean, in a relaxing and quiet area! Brunella and Gaetano were kind and helpful hosts, they gave me tips on where to get the best brunch, the nearest beaches and the most interesting places to see in the surrounding area. The hammock overlooking the sea was my favorite part of the house!!

We had a wonderful Easter vacation with the family (me, my wife and our two children aged 2 and 8). The newly renovated apartment is cozy, warm and smells of wood. Equipped with all comforts, with equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds, it immediately made us feel at home. The garden is spacious and well-kept, perfect for relaxing while the kids play. The family dog, polite and very sweet, kept our kids company for hours: they had a lot of fun playing ball together! A special mention goes to Stefano and Stefania, the owners: kind, helpful and always attentive, they welcomed us with warmth and hospitality. It's rare to find such an authentic place, where you really feel like family. An unforgettable Easter. Highly recommended for those looking for tranquility, nature and an honest welcome.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. The upstairs terrace has incredible views of the mountains and we loved hanging out up there. The cafe right down the walkable alleyway was perfect for an afternoon coffee and the owner was incredibly kind. Lorendana was also kind enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time and recommended us a local, private driver Flemenia who we used during our entire stay in Spoltore. This home is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway.

Fantastically beautiful location in the mountains, nice pool and good functional furnishings. You just have to be aware that it is a very quiet place and you have to drive at least 30 minutes to 2 hours for excursions or the like, which was completely okay for us. Angelo is a great host, we'd come back any time.

Cosy apartment in a quiet neigbourghood with wonderful view over the hills and the sea. Excelent parking place in the shade. Stefano's family was very friendly and helpful.

Great location in a beautiful resort area. Very nice, clean, comfortable apartment for a couple. We really liked that pets are allowed. There is a terrace with a view of the sea, which is always nice for spending evenings and watching the sun set. It is valuable that the apartment has air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance, and there are at least 3 shopping centers just a few minutes away from the apartment. If you want a clean, cozy apartment with comfortable beds, I highly recommend it. I would gladly visit again myself.

The apartment is a few meters from the beach and is well equipped! The terrace is private and very large. Unfortunately, the hot tub did not work during our stay, which we found very unfortunate, maybe we will have more luck next time. Thank you Lorenza for the lovely stay!

What about Mrs. Manuela and her home ...... simply BEAUTIFUL. Manuela makes you feel at home right away, very helpful, nice and takes care of you not as a guest but as a family; I really appreciate those who welcome you with a smile, who makes you feel not as a stranger but as a friend and who comes to greet you in person. The house is the image of the lady, cozy, true and sincere; it faithfully matches the offers and the photos/description she has. The full and spacious kitchen, two great rooms and a functional bathroom; everything clean and tidy and with the possibility of walking to the sea and walking. IF you want to move a great point a few kilometers from the highway and the junction to Ascoli.

Marco and Paola are the best hosts ever! They provided us with everything we needed. They responded to all of our questions and gave us recommendations and instructions. The place is very very spacious— everything matches the description. The area is perfect because it’s walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, etc. Overall, one of the best homes ever! Will definitely come back in the future!

Very nice apartment, super comfortable and clean, steps from the sea. It has a wonderful terrace! They are very friendly. Suggestion... they should install wifi since it doesn't have it and when you're traveling it's very necessary. But I highly recommend it!

Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Roberto and Sandra were impeccable in everything! My nephew and I felt at home, sunny, empathetic and super helpful people, what can I say, really extraordinary! I highly recommend it, very nice place, very clean house and equipped with all comforts! They recommended places to visit, very good clubs and restaurants in the area! Staying at Cinzia and her husband's apartment was a super positive experience! The apartment, in a quiet area and close to the sea, reflected the photos and description....actually in person it's even better. Clean, tidy, complete with everything, both in the kitchen and in the bathroom... absolutely nothing was missing. As it is written in the description, you could only bring the essentials and personal things... the rest is there! Cinzia and her husband welcomed us personally upon our arrival, despite our slight delay. They explained everything to us, gave us tips on local activities and were responsive to all our requests. For example, for a small problem with the boiler, Cinzia was notified, after 5 minutes she was at home with a technician....and it was almost 10 pm.....everything resolved in 10 minutes! What can I say... thanks for everything and I definitely recommend this apartment without a doubt!

A super stay! Such a beautiful and private location, walking distance to the quaint old town. Very clean, comfortable and spacious. Great hiking in the nearby mountains, delicious walkable restaurants, well equipped kitchen for self catering, and Bruno was a fabulous host. Excellent communication, friendly, and very helpful when we needed some assistance for our car.

This Airbnb is hosted beautifully by Giuseppina’s parents, Maria and Vincenzo, and is hands down our best stay and experience whilst recently touring Italy! We were greeted warmly by Maria, who showed us around the apartment. The apartment is above their home, but offers privacy and is so impeccably clean, with comfortable bedding and beautiful linen. The entire house was pristinely clean and had everything you could need for a more than comfortable stay. But our stay was made most memorable by beautiful Maria and her hospitality. We had travelled a long way for our stay, and when we arrived she offered to make us dinner! This was the kindest and most generous offer and we were so extremely grateful. Maria and Vincenzo made us feel like family and it was a standout out for us. Thank you so much! We really wish we could have stayed longer - we felt so relaxed and comfortable and can not wait to return in the future! We will see you again 😃❤️

I stayed in this apartment and was really satisfied! The house is cozy, clean and well organized. The kitchen is perfect, with all the necessary tools for cooking comfortably. It was really nice to find essentials like salt, oil, sugar and spices, which made my experience even more enjoyable. Not having to think about buying everything you need to cook was a real plus. The location is ideal, in a quiet but well connected area. I highly recommend this apartment to those looking for comfort and practicality!
