The house is pleasant. Good kitchen, where everything is available. Bathroom, living room everything works well. A great outdoor space. Plenty of privacy and quiet. The neighbors are Valentina's in-laws. Very nice and welcoming people. Wonderful pool with a view of the sea. Many nice places (e.g. San Benedetto and Ascoli Piceno) nearby that are worth a visit. By car to the beach is 5 minutes by car by car. You can go to the public beach, but there are also nice beach bars where you can rent a lounger etc. Supermarkets and restaurants nearby. We had a lovely relaxing time there. Repeatable.

Marco's house was exceptional, located very close to the sea, accessible and within walking distance. The accommodation was perfectly clean, spacious, with all the accessories available for me and my family. Everything went smoothly, Marco proved to be impeccable, very kind and always available. The accommodation was great, we had everything we needed. It's a little longer on foot to the sea, but we were happy to walk, we could borrow bikes. Great place for mountain trips in Abruzzo. The whole trip was great, we enjoyed it and we would like to come back in the future.

We loved the convenient location of this traditional townhouse. It was well equipped with plenty of towels and bedding, kitchen supplies, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Wifi worked great, It isn't air-conditioned, but we found the fans adequate for cooling in June. A lovely place to stay.

I spent a relaxing vacation at Caterina's apartment, an apartment that is literally 30 meters from the sea. Great value for the price.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful and peaceful home. The upstairs terrace has incredible views of the mountains and we loved hanging out up there. The cafe right down the walkable alleyway was perfect for an afternoon coffee and the owner was incredibly kind. Lorendana was also kind enough to let us drop off our luggage prior to the check-in time and recommended us a local, private driver Flemenia who we used during our entire stay in Spoltore. This home is a great option if you’re looking for a quiet and tranquil getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Torre Mannella, the views from the apartment are incredible of the mountains and Citta Sant'Angelo. Lea is very friendly and accommodating, she gave us some delicious homemade jam from the farm, and we didn't have any issues with our stay at all. A beautiful and relaxed stay in the Abruzzo countryside, we will definitely return!

Massimiliano's house is very pleasant, cool despite the heat because the air circulates very well; you can enjoy the countryside near the sea. Massimiliano was very helpful since our arrival and nice during our stay. The neighbors, relatives of Massimiliano, were also welcoming and friendly. Great house, quietly located with lots of privacy, great views. A few degrees cooler than on the beach and a slight wind, so even in August high summer it was great to bear. Lots of seating options around the house. Mega great pool with diving board. The house offers everything you need. We would definitely come back.

We (couple with two children aged 5 and 7) spent two great, relaxing weeks in Villa Milli. The accommodation is pragmatic, sensible and modern. It has everything we needed. It looks exactly like the pictures. The pool is a dream and very large. Our children and we had a lot of fun in the water and in the great garden. Milena and her employee Enock were always very friendly and accessible and gave helpful tips for the area. From Villa Milli, you have great opportunities to explore the surroundings: pretty villages, quickly by the sea and into the Gran Sasso. We highly recommend the accommodation and the hosts and would be happy to come back.

We loved everything about this place. It’s a beautiful building which has been exceptionally well restored. Great location. Extremely well equipped with everything you could want. Pool is a particular highlight.
