Debora e Lorenzo sono stati degli host eccezionali! Anche se abbiamo usufruito del self checkin le istruzioni erano chiare e semplici da seguire. La casa è curata nei minimi dettagli, profuma ancora di nuovo e dispone di tutti comfort. È anche insonorizzata! La posizione è super centrale, con parcheggi e servizi essenziali a pochi passi di distanza. Consiglieremo sicuramente questo alloggio e ci torneremo senza dubbio!

If you truly want to feel as if you're a local, stay at this beautiful home! You're right in the middle of everything, yet you feel as though you're in your own private oasis. The courtyard, the rooms, the views-it was all amazing. What a gem! I will stay here again.

Il nostro soggiorno qui è stato fantastico! Casa moderna,spaziosa,pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort: lavatrice,asciugatrice,lavastoviglie,microonde,macchinetta del caffè,aria condizionata in tutte le stanze,sauna e bagno turco… Anche lo spazio esterno è un sogno!!! Una grande piscina dove nuotare,lettini per rilassarsi al sole, barbecue per grigliare e tavolo da Ping pong per divertirsi con gli amici… Insomma… non manca proprio nulla qui!! Anche la zona è strategica: Se non si ha voglia di spostare la macchina a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un supermercato, un bar/ pasticceria dove far colazione e ottimi ristoranti dove cenare!! Per chi cerca un po’ di divertimento bastano 15/20 minuti di auto per raggiungere Rimini e Riccione… Direi il luogo perfetto per le vacanze!!! Davide è un ragazzo estremamente cordiale e disponibile! Un Host perfetto! Che dire… diamo 5 stelle ma ne vorremmo dare almeno 10!!! Torneremo sicuramente!!!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal dort und haben es wieder sehr genossen! Es ist so ein wunderschöner, ruhiger Ort zum entspannen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt und werden wieder kommen 😊

Abbiamo soggiornato insieme ad una famiglia di amici in questa bella casa di campagna, dopo un matrimonio in zona. Ander è stato gentilissimo e molto attento a rendere il nostro breve soggiorno comodo e tranquillo.

Sempre piacevole tornare da Marzia, una casa perfetta per una reunion con la famiglia o per un weekend con gli amici. La piscina ti intrattiene di giorno ed il barbecue la sera. Il centro di Montiano, a due passi da casa, è perfetto per un aperitivo. Marzia sempre disponibile e piacevole.

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

We hebben een heel fijne familie vakantie gehad. Het huis is leuk, maar vooral de tuin is heerlijk. Het uitzicht is super. Dichtbij leuke dorpjes. Het contact met Fabio is erg fijn. Wij kwamen rond middernacht aan en werden persoonlijk ontvangen, kregen een rondleiding en uitleg over het huis en de omgeving. Gedurende de week meerdere keren contact gehad. Verliep heel fijn. Zeker een aanrader om naartoe te gaan en een leuke tijd te hebben met familie of vrienden!

La casa ha un ottimo ambiente italiano, con tutti i comfort e un arredamento molto eccellente. Quando fa caldo, puoi goderti il bellissimo paesaggio all'ombra sulla terrazza o fare colazione insieme al sole al mattino. Siamo stati in sei in vacanza qui per 10 giorni, abbiamo visto molto e abbiamo ricevuto risposte a tutte le domande di Nilvana e sua figlia Laura. Siamo stati supportati anche con una riparazione necessaria dell'auto. Il clou è stato il tour privato del mulino dell'olio d'oliva per noi, durante il cui naturalmente ci siamo riforniti di olio d'oliva. Anche la posizione è ottima - il mare è a circa un'ora, San Marino e/o Urbina e Urbino sono circa 30 minuti. Dopo un buon periodo in famiglia, torniamo in Germania molto soddisfatti e riposati. Valerio ci ha accolti nella sua spaziosa casa con gentilezza e calore, portandoci anche un graditissimo omaggio. L’appartamento è comodo, con ampi spazi e un posto auto riservato custodito di fronte all’ingresso di casa. Insomma, più che consigliato. Ottima esperienza. Grazie Valerio

Stunning location and welcoming hosts! We had the place to ourselves, but it's worth being aware that there are 2 other flats adjoining the property, which may be in use at busier times of year, meaning the patio area is shared. A lovely part of Italy, and the natural beauty is stunning - we saw hoopoes several times and the orchids were gorgeous.

We had a very great time in our AirBnB, the hosts were kind and responsive. The place was very clean and looked like the pictures.

Tutto in linea con le descrizioni fornite. La casa si trova in una posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal mare e dispone di tutti i servizi necessari. Il post auto in quella zona è un plus. Filippo è molto gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi cosa. Se mi chiedessero "Consigli questa struttura?". Assolutamente si, una garanzia per chi vuole trascorrere qualche giorno in tranquillità in quel di Riccione.

Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro in 4 persone, l'appartamento era spazioso, pulito, super accessoriato. L'accesso è stato semplice e le istruzioni per il check-in ultra dettagliate. Cassandra è super disponibile gentile e molto professionale. Lavorando nel settore ci auguriamo che anche altri possano essere dettagliati gentili e ospitali come Cassandra. L'appartamento è impeccabile fornito di tutto e se anche mancasse qualcosa Cassandra sarebbe stata subito pronta a fornircelo. Cosa che non è servita. La pulizia è impeccabile. La zona è dotata di ampio parcheggio, noi siamo venuti con un furgone e abbiamo sempre trovato modo di parcheggiare senza problemi. Nessun rumore molesto abbiamo sempre dormito tranquillamente. Perfetto in tutto, torneremo sicuramente.

Renting Lea’s house on Airbnb was the best decision I made this year. The house is beautiful and the views are hard to beat. There was plenty of room for my multigenerational group of 6 with three beautiful bathrooms and even a washing machine. We enjoyed the pool every single morning and evening. We made easy meals and ate them outside watching the sun set. We followed a recommendation to a restaurant for our only night out and I had the best duck gnocchi over another unbeatable view. Paola and her family were easy to communicate with and were thoughtful and very friendly. We received delicious eggs from their chickens that we scrambled for our last breakfast. Paola has a booklet with very detailed listings of everything you might need from restaurants to grocery store locations, to suggestions on what to do in nearby towns. I highly recommend getting out of the cities, renting a car, and driving to Montelabbate for some r and r. Our group was truly at peace and we left incredibly relaxed and ready to tackle our next leg of our trip. Thank you so much for your hospitality! Grazie! - Urbino (magical at night) and Pesaro (best gelato I had was at Alice) are within 30 minutes away. - San Marino was about an hour drive and you can easily spend half a day there. - Frassassi Caves is about an hour and 30 minutes away.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricardo’s place! Pool was a lot of fun and there are some nice cities to visit in the area. Two things which are important to mention: The host is living directly at the house but that wasn’t really problem for us because he is really friendly and didn’t really have a problem with some music… There are some security cameras around on the property and one in the house, but we just covered the one in the house…. So in the end we had a great stay!

Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

Casa di campagna con tutti i confort, arredamento ottimo, mobilia di qualità. Casa molto spaziosa gradevolissima da vivere. Nonostante la zona di campagna la casa era veramente pulita quindi bravo Massimo e brava Morena. Televisioni in quasi tutte le stanze. Bellissimo il giardino che noi, visto il tempo e visto il we mordi e fuggi, non abbiamo potuto apprezzare, ma si vede bene la potenzialita. Consigliatissimo!

Nicoletta è una persona molto disponibile, gentile e amichevole. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio, venendoci anche incontro sugli orari di check-in e di check-out. Ci ha inoltre consigliato degli ottimi locali dove gustare le prelibatezze locali. La casa si trova in una posizione panoramica a breve distanza da Rimini. Ci siamo goduti il nostro soggiorno in un'atmosfera tranquilla e rilassante in mezzo al verde.

We had a great couple of days in this beautiful, rustic, traditional, italian farmhouse. Very quiet location with only fields surrounding the houses. It is a bit of a drive (about 1 hour one way) to the historic sides, attractions, and beach towns. If you stay here you should plan for that. Host gave us great tips for surrounding/local restaurants, the pizzeria 5 min from the house, down in the town had great pizza for great prices with very friendly staff. The house was spacious, great to fit 2 families.

Toller Familienurlaub. Das Haus ist liebevoll und dekorativ eingerichtet und hat alles was benötigt wird. Die Gastgeberin und auch ihr Willkommensgeschenk haben uns angenehm überrascht. Wir haben uns alle (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) sehr wohlgefühlt.
