Ivano is a wonderful person – well-read, intelligent and full of life experience, which he shares with warmth and modesty. He really went above and beyond to make us – my family, our children and even our dog – completely happy. He was there in every situation, with action, a smile or loving gestures. Our children were absolutely thrilled, and even our dog immediately felt at home. A beautiful, spacious garden with berry bushes, trees and countless loving details. You can feel how much love for nature and mindfulness is in every corner. It is a place of peace and beauty that you don't want to leave. I would write a lot more if it were possible here. great location - parking is close by (DUS - public garage) and the city center is in walking distance. Tatiana was really helpful and very responsive. We liked her bar & restaurant recommendations. Perfect for discovering Parma for a few days.

An excellent location within walking distance of Parma’s many attractions and restaurants. Apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully designed and decorated. It was as described and shown in the photos. Tonin was an excellent host, communicated well, met us on arrival and responded almost immediately in person to a query regarding the electrics. The apartment could be somewhat noisy at night from street noise. Tobin’s apartment was an excellent place to stay.

The stay at this property was truly impeccable! The house was exactly as described: attention to detail and equipped with all the necessary amenities to feel at home. The location was in a quiet area and within walking distance of the historic center, ideal for exploring the city without stress. The host was helpful, kind and attentive to every need. He provided very useful information on restaurants and public transport, always being present but never intrusive. The attention to small details was also highly appreciated: there was something to eat for breakfast, coffee capsules... I would recommend this accommodation without hesitation to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-organized experience.

My mom and I stayed at Giovanni's apartment. The apartment is new and tastefully furnished, very clean and equipped with every comfort. Suitable for those who have to walk and those who have to go to the Maggiore hospital, which is very close. We had a great time. Giovanni is super kind and friendly, available to meet the needs of guests. If we were to return, we would clearly stay in your property!

Perfect place for our family of three, super apartment and hosts!

The apartment is well renovated, clean and functional. We stayed in 5, one night to attend an event held in the area and it perfectly met our needs. Manolo lives in the same building and is present in case of need.

Mario is a great host! He was extremely friendly and helpful giving us great advice about restaurants and places of interest in the area. The listing is cosy and spacious, we had our 10 month daughter with us ans she loved it there. A great vacation made better by a great host !

Delightful village, relaxed with pool and garden. A well-kept and tastefully renovated house, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay. Spaces also suitable for children. Well-organized kitchen with everything you need, new bathroom. Very kind host welcomed us warmly and provided a lot of information about the surroundings.
