Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Province of Pisa

We were a group of 12 from Mumbai, India, looking to experience a typical Italian town, and Giada's house was the perfect choice! We took plenty of photos of the entire house. It's beautifully kept, well-maintained, and has all the necessary amenities a traveler would need. The neighborhood is small and tranquil. The villa, ideal for big groups who want to spend quality time together. Giada was an exceptional host - super experienced, friendly, and prompt in communicating everything we needed to know. She was also always available for easy communication. We would 5/5 recommend it!

Absolutely in awe of this little gem! The place itself was new and fresh but still with that Tuscan look and feel. Set amongst the most gorgeous gardens with a pool. The town had everything you need, a big supermarket and plenty of restaurants. Florence, the airport and Pisa were so close and easy to get to. Not to mention the beds were super comfy and the aircon was fantastic. We had such a lovely stay and Manuela was so lovely, responsive and helpful. Would absolutely be back if ever in Tuscany again! Glad we booked here it was just honestly perfect and such a highlight of our big Europe trip.

Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ein absoluter Traum in der Toskana! Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Pieve di Compito war einfach unvergesslich. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht – von einer voll ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu gemütlichen Schlafzimmern und einem herrlichen Garten mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die toskanische Landschaft. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig und idyllisch, aber dennoch ideal, um Ausflüge nach Lucca, Pisa oder an die Küste zu machen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Nähe zur Natur: Morgens das Zwitschern der Vögel, abends ein Glas Wein mit Blick auf die Hügel – pure Entspannung! Unsere Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Sie haben uns tolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants, Märkte und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns rundum wohlfühlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder – dieses Haus ist ein kleines Paradies!

La location è speciale, riserva una vista unica e una vivibilità eccezionale... si vive una privacy totale immersi negli odori, suoni e colori del mare!!!

Geani and Anna are wonderful hosts, and their home in Montaione is truly a hidden gem. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — it exceeded all my expectations and even goes beyond the beautiful description in the listing. The house is spotless, with an exceptional level of cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail that is hard to find. The surroundings offer a breathtaking, classic Tuscan landscape — peaceful, charming, and simply stunning. The jacuzzi is the cherry on top — the perfect way to relax while enjoying the scenery. Everything felt private, cozy, and serene, with no disturbances whatsoever. I highly, highly recommend this stay. You won’t be disappointed!

Nice house in a quite area outside town, can recommend!

Ett mycket bra boende på många sätt. Vi var en grupp på 10 personer plus en 3-åring. Det finns utrymmen, både ute och inne, som är stora nog för alla att samlas. Det finns också utrymmen, både ute och inne, där man kan vara lite mer för sig själv om man vill. Huset och trädgården är mycket fina. Omgivningarna är storslagna. Bilderna i beskrivningen kan inte riktigt göra verkligheten rättvisa. Tycker man om att laga mat så finns det gott om utrustning att använda. Prova gärna den vedeldade pizzaugnen. Stefano, värden, var mycket vänlig och tillmötesgående. Rekommenderas starkt.

Beautiful country villa, spacious, clean quiet, private, wonderful surroundings. Hosts were absolutely lovely, kind, and made the stay wonderful.

The villa was simply stunning and we had a wonderful time. The indoor and outside spaces were very spacious and looked exactly as described, if not better! The villa was very clean and Giulia organised everything for us, including pool towels and towel sets. She welcomed us and gave us a tour of the villa when we arrived. I highly recommend Villa Francigena if you want to spend time immersed in the Tuscan beautiful landscape and in a peaceful and spacious typical villa, not far from wine tasting spots and the beautiful town of San Gimignano! Thank you Giulia for a wonderful stay from all of us.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa per 4 giorni e l’esperienza è stata davvero ottima. L’alloggio è stato appena ristrutturato con grande cura e attenzione ai dettagli: tutto è nuovo, ben rifinito e perfettamente funzionante. La casa è pulitissima, comoda e dotata di ogni comfort, ideale per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione è strategica: in poco tempo si raggiunge il mare, ed è anche un ottimo punto di partenza per visitare splendide città come Lucca e Pisa, oltre ai bellissimi dintorni toscani. Un ringraziamento speciale va all’host, che si è dimostrato molto accogliente, gentile e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Consigliatissimo!

Fantastiskt hus! Vi var en stor familj med åldrar mellan 1-72. Passade alla väldigt bra. Mr.Manuel som var vår kontakt lokalt var ytterst hjälpsam och trevlig. Genomgång av huset vid ankomst och allt var i väldigt bra skick. Vi hade lite frågor under vår vistelse och han svarade snabbt. Vi hade en 1-åring med oss och dom var ytterst noggranna med poolens vattenvärden vilket kändes tryggt, genuint ärligt och hjärtligt! Vi hade med oss tre bilar och fick enkelt plats. Kan starkt rekommendera boendet!

Wunderschönes Haus auf eine ganz wunderbare Art modern Style mit dem typischen toskanischen Style gemixt. Unbedingt auch Wanderungen rund um das Haus machen. Es ist einfach eine ganz wunderbare toskanische Gegend. Vielen Dank!

Ludovica and her father are great hosts. She gave us clear instructions on how to reach the villa and tips for good resturants and supermarkets in de area. The villa was beautifull, very big and clean and located in a very quiet area. The pool with an amazing view was cleaned frequently. We had a super pleasant stay!

Could not recommend Isabella’s place enough. Both Isabella and Wirja were very responsive and went above and beyond to help us, giving us lots of recommendations and accommodating our needs. They organised a private chef to come in to cook for us one evening which was very special, as well as massages. The house is a beautiful, rustic Italian villa and the pool area is brilliant. There was even a play room with lots of toys for the children. The nearby train station is great for getting into Lucca, although would recommend hiring a car to allow for other trips as taxis in the area are not very frequent. We hired a car and particularly enjoyed visiting nearby Montecarlo which is a beautiful town. Thanks again Isabella!
