Beautiful place! We stayed a week with our 3 year old and had a great time.
A warm sleeping area features a spacious bed with green bedding against a backdrop of exposed stone walls. A modern chair and small table are positioned near the window, with light filtering through sheer curtains. An artwork of yellow fruits enhances the room's character.

Tuscan apartment in the hills Pisa and Lucca

EmerRating, 5 stars34 months ago
We had a fantastic stay in the cottage for nine nights. Villa Alta is in a beautiful location and the grounds around the house are so well maintained. We enjoyed both the shared pool and our own private terrace with hot tub. The cottage itself was spotlessly clean and perfect for our needs. It was a perfect base for us to explore the area. Raffaella was so friendly and accommodating and we enjoyed both dinner and breakfast at the villa on a couple of occasions. We would highly recommend a stay here.

Beautiful renovated barn in Tuscany

PhilippRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a wonderful week in Gloria's house. Our four-legged friend also felt totally comfortable in nature. The house is small but nice and has everything you need. The property is a nice size and is perfect for eating outside, relaxing in the hot tub or just lying in the sun. The way to the house is a little challenging, but with a normal car and a little driving experience it can be mastered. Gloria was always available to us and gave us good excursion tips for the area in advance. Even with any inquiries, she always responded very quickly and helped us. To just get out and enjoy the nature and tranquility of Tuscany, it is perfect. We will be happy to come back!

I Sassi di Wally: country, art & sea!

RudiRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The place was spotlessly clean, everything was there, very comfortable. Airco worked great, and Nihat went out of its way to get us an parasol for at the jacuzzi, which was in the sun. We really loved the place, which was very quiet and in the countyside. The nearby autostrada was barely audible. This is really a hidden gem. BTW: did I mention the great wine ? there were a number of tuscan family owned restaurants close by, which werer recommeded by the owner. Really loved the way they communicated.
The two-story red farmhouse features green shutters and a terra cotta roof. A covered patio extends along one side, furnished with tables and chairs. Surrounding the house, the well-maintained garden includes potted plants and a vast lawn dotted with trees.

Indipendent country house

EstelleRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The house is very spacious and the garden is really very pleasant. The kitchen and the master bathroom (huge) are renovated. We really appreciated that the rooms were air conditioned especially since we were there in the hottest period. However, we were surprised to have to buy garbage bags, as there was only one for each trash can, except for the compost that had several. Same for toilet paper, there was just 1 per bathroom. The pool was very hot and the garden was very well-equipped. We had a crib for an additional charge of €10/day which was a little expensive. There were children's toys, but no high chair (good to know). You should know that the access is a little bumpy and that you have to open your eyes to see the bend for the path that leads to the house. It has the advantage of being very quiet and private.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with decorative pillows and a soft floral bedding set. Bedside tables are positioned on either side, each holding a lamp. A painting with vibrant colors adorns the wall above the bed. Natural light filters through the window, partially covered by a sheer curtain.

cottage in the countryside

BélaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We almost only returned to bargain after the daily sightseeing. All the major Tuscan cities are within 1 hour, except for the southern part, but Siena is also included in one day, together with Monteriggiano and San Gimiano. The F.P.L. four-lane highway is 2-3 minutes.
A spacious outdoor area is highlighted by a cozy seating arrangement featuring light-colored cushions. A shaded patio with an umbrella complements the landscaped garden, while stone pathways guide visitors through lush greenery and vibrant flowers, leading to the rustic stone house in the background.

Pastina in Tuscany. Brand new private pool.

JensRating, 5 stars22 months ago
The house is located in a small village with a beautiful view over the Tuscan landscape. It is very well equipped with everything you need. The house has a nice garden for relaxing and a great shaded terrace where we spent most of our evenings. Different beaches are reachable by car within 25 minutes. Especially for a group of friends, I highly recommend the place.
An outdoor seating area is featured under a rustic wooden pergola, providing shade. A simple wooden bench with a blanket adds comfort. Lush greenery and shrubs surround the space, with an expansive lawn extending towards the distant hills and a charming cottage in the background.

Farmhouse (for 4 pp Tuscan Maremma

PaulaRating, 5 stars11 months ago
We had a wonderful time at Vittoria‘s cottage and enjoyed our vacation a lot. The house with the garden + barbecue area and the pool are really great. Also the area around it is just so nice! The house is well equipped, although it could have been a little bit cleaner upon our arrival. Vittoria, Paola and Antonio were available the whole time and took great care of everything. Thank you again - we would definitely recommend this place!
A tranquil outdoor pool area is surrounded by sun loungers and umbrellas. Well-maintained greenery frames the space, providing a natural feel. The clear water of the pool reflects the blue sky, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

Medieval cottage in Tuscany with private pool

MonaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Check-in and check-out were great. We were welcomed with cake and prosecco. The house is enough for 2 families. Everyone had their own room with their own bathroom. The pool is perfect for families with young children. Host has always been friendly and available. The lady who lives on the property is very sweet and friendly. The house is very cool in the summer, you really don't need air conditioning. What I didn't like so much is that the house is at the top of the mountains and can only be reached by car. Through the mountains you also have longer car trips.

An exterior view of Il Simoncini Alto house showcases a small terrace surrounded by lush greenery. Two lounge chairs are positioned under the shade of an olive tree, with rustic stone walls and a tiled roof visible in the background, contributing to the serene ambiance.

Casa Simoncini Alto - Casedigello

Giovanni was the most attentive host e.g., the food basket was an unexpected but welcome surprise on our first night arriving a bit late. It was also great to learn about the history of how Giovanni's family has been taking care of this isolated hamlet for generations. The complex and the individual buildings have been restored to their original glory and beyond considering some additional architectural creativity with the bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with every tool or piece of glassware or crockery you would find in a regular coutryside home. The location makes both the hills and the seashore pretty accessible. The solitary, winding road leading to it is worth the experience alone.
A charming cottage is framed by lush greenery, showcasing its yellow exterior and tiled roof. Surrounding the cottage are well-maintained open spaces with gravel pathways and a variety of plant life. The vibrant color of nearby structures adds to the inviting atmosphere of the complex.

Lovely cottage in the Tuscan hills - Giotto apt

FlorusRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Fantastic: very nice house in a beautiful setting with a great view, both from the house, front yard and pool. Nice interior, good ambiance, very clean and fully equipped! The shared pool is big and close by, but nicely secluded. Gianluigi really is a great host; very responsive, friendly and helpful. Our kids had a short and heavy flu, and he helped us out enormously. It was clear that he really wants his guests to enjoy their stay. Thank you Gianluigi!
The cottage exterior is framed by lush greenery, with a bright yellow façade and blue window shutters. A small outdoor dining area, featuring a table and four blue chairs, is positioned on a gravel surface beneath a canopy of trees.

L’Ortolano cottage with direct access to the sea

Lovely cottage is situated in big garden with olive trees and forest. There is shadow during all day. It is beautiful place for family holidays. Sea cost is rocky with lot of life in. Federica is extremely nice and helpful host. There is busy railway in neighborhood - it is only minor disadvantage for this place.

Villa Luisa Cottage with Pool

DánielRating, 5 stars40 months ago
This accommodation lays at the northern outskirts of Pisa. One can enjoy a great view to mountains and calmness, which one cannot get in the city. It is connected to the city via a bus, but I had to still walk many times if I was out of schedule. The place is great, its ideal for a couple. A baby bed is available so even it is manageable with a newborn. The only downside is the distance to the shop and washing machine, but I received a bike, with which it was just a few minutes. I definitely recommend to stay here! :)
A large swimming pool is shown, with crystal clear water reflecting the blue sky. Around the pool, sun loungers and umbrellas are arranged, while several individuals enjoy the water. Scenic hills can be seen in the background, enhancing the serene atmosphere.

We had the most amazing stay in Ripafrattra, such a beautiful place/house to stay with stunning scenery. Claudio was the best host - very friendly, responsive and helpful, we'll definitely be going back to visit.

Amazing Private Depandance

HollyRating, 5 stars58 months ago
The villa is ideally located if you are thinking of exploring Tuscany by car or train. The pool and outdoor area are fabulous, really spacious and lots of seating areas to choose from including a lovely shaded area. The villa itself is very quirky, it's full of nik naks. The air con is great, really quiet and kept the place nice and cool in the 37 degree heat!! There were a few early morning maintenance visits during our stay which we weren't expecting, the gardener arrives around 5.30am so don't be alarmed if you see/hear him coming in to water the garden area. Ilenia was available for us to contact and responded to any queries really promptly, she's a very helpful host.

I Love Tuscany cottage

IvetaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Great old tuscany house equipped with everything you need, at a stone's throw from Pisa an Lucca. Located at the end of a quiet peaceful village without crowds of tourist which is just what we were looking for. Parking was possible at a small parking lot about 200m from the house (the streets there are very narrow and crooked). We really enjoyed our stay here. As there were no major problems, we did not need to contact the owner at all.
