Sehr schönes Appartement mit großem Balkon, das mit zwei Kindern genügend Platz bietet. Die Lage am Meer is top. Wir hatten zehn super schöne Tage.

Lovely place with beautiful view, lots of different beaches, good selection of restaurants and responsive hosts. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Die Turmwohnung war herrlich, eine großartige Aussicht aufs Meer und in die grünen Hügeln. War waren Ende Mai dort, und es gab viel Wind. Durch die Höhe 600 Meter über 0 sowieso schon, und der Turm steht auf einem Hügel… Die Terrasse ist nicht windgeschützt und dadurch nicht immer nutzbar im Frühling. Im Sommer bestimmt herrlich bei heißeren Temperaturen….

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property set in the heart of an Italian vineyard. The location was peaceful and incredibly relaxing — perfect for unwinding. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Hector, our host, was absolutely amazing — friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The entire site felt very safe and secure, with electric gates giving us extra peace of mind. The swimming pool was a real highlight: clean, well maintained, and surrounded by stunning views of the surrounding vines and hills. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. Another bonus was how convenient the location was — just a short drive of 20mins to Empoli train station, making day trips to Florence quick and easy. We truly enjoyed every moment and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful escape with easy access to Tuscany’s top sights.

We stay wonderful 10 nights here. It’s very convenient to travel to nearby cities from this place. We were lucky to get the only apartment with a terrace and a view in other case I think we will be not so satisfied.

Het was een zeer aangenaam en schoon appartement. Licht ruim en alle noodzakelijke dingen waren aanwezig ook om zelf een maaltijd te maken

What an amazing stay! The location is quiet and peaceful, the views are absolutely amazing and "wow" you as soon as you arrive! The garden is large and partially sloped and the freshwater swimming pool (not heated) is at the bottom. There are two undercover seating areas in the garden and enough sun loungers and seats to comfortably seat everyone. The house is on two levels and feels quirky at first, but you soon get used to it. Downstairs is more like a "granny flat" but has all you need (fridge freezer, bedroom, dining room, bathroom w/shower). Upstairs has two double bedrooms and one twin, plus two more bathrooms. A lovely dining room and kitchen (with all appliances/utensils) you need made the house absolutely perfect for six adults, two toddlers and an infant. There are no larger shops within 20 minutes drive, so stock up well when you do go shopping. Communication with host was extraordinary. So quick and helpful and really appreciated. Absolutely amazing holiday!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti presso la casa,eravamo 2 famiglie, 4 adulti e 4 bambini. La casa era pulita e spaziosa. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa, avevamo tutto il necessario per poter cucinare ma la posizione è anche strategica perché nel raggio di 500m ci sono bar,pizzerie, paninoteche e panetterie. Il posto è strategico per chi vuole visitare in pochi giorni tanti posti. Noi siamo andati un giorno fino a Firenze e poi siamo stati a Pisa, Viareggio, Portofino, Lucca... Un bellissimo fine settimana prolungato per Pasqua... Il self-check in era facilissimo e il personale era disponibile 24/7 ... Grazie

la casa è grandissima e molto accogliente. la cucina è attrezzata di tutto e ci sono spazi conviviali sia interni che esterni ottimi per una grande compagnia. Dintorni bucolici e tranquillissimi. consiglio vivamente a chi desidera un luogo tranquillo dove stare con amici.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Lage mitten in den Weinbergen. Das Haus war gut gepflegt, sauber und schön rustikal eingerichtet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Tipps und Empfehlungen gegeben. Mobilfunkempfang nur sehr sporadisch vorhanden, dafür gibt es am Haus selbst genügend Aktivitäten um den Zeit zu verbringen. Der unbefestigte Anfahrtsweg war allerdings steil und sehr uneben wodurch nicht-höhergelegte Autos (z.B. Mercedes C-Klasse) schnell mal den Boden streifen konnten. Davon abgesehen trotzdem sehr empfehlenswert!

Vi var 4 familjer som hyrde villan i en vecka. Huset är jättefint, nästan alla badrum var nyrenoverade och allt var rent och fint. Vackra omgivningar och nära till bra utflyktsmål. Värdarna var trevliga och svarade snabbt på frågor och kom med lokala tips. Rekommenderas varmt!

Wat een heerlijke plek! Het uitzicht is waanzinnig en het is heel rustig. Er zijn een aantal appartementen op het complex. Het appartement is niet het nieuwste, maar alles is schoon en aanwezig. Zeker een aanrader!

We enjoyed our stay here in July. The rustic apartment is good value for money, although amenities could be better (eg no bath mat, soap, toaster). But the peaceful location and well-maintained pool more than made up for this, and the hosts and on-site staff were always very helpful and friendly.

Villa incantevole immersa nel verde e in un contesto di grande tranquillità e riservatezza. Giusto qualche piccolo problema di insetti la sera, ma è inevitabile per la posizione in cui è e in fondo ne vale la pena. Di grande aiuto e compagnia il carinissimo gatto della casa. Interni puliti, ben arredati e forniti, in particolare la cucina, perfetta per i grandi gruppi. La villa si trova a pochi minuti di macchina da Riparbella, dove è facile trovare i servizi principali (ma difficilmente raggiungibile a piedi) Per quanto riguarda la distanza dal mare pensavamo che ci avrebbe penalizzato di più ma alla fine in un quarto d'ora di macchina si raggiungono spiagge molto belle. Stesso discorso per eventuali visite a città come Volterra, Siena ecc che in un'ora/un'ora e mezza si raggiungono tranquillamente, passando per strade stupende. Host disponibile per tutto, check in flessibile e la consegna delle chiavi in agenzia molto comoda. Consigliatissima
