Vacation rentals with a patio in Province of Piacenza

The apartment is a bijoux, brand new and stylishly furnished. It is a newly renovated farmhouse in the immediate vicinity of Lake Pietranera, to which you have exclusive access. The lake is a historical curiosity, as is the building in which we stayed, as well as geological. The well-equipped exterior offers plenty of options to relax, both in the direction of the lake and towards the hill. From the apartment you can see the medieval village of Vigoleno, easily accessible in a couple of minutes by car. For all amenities you can refer to the center of Salsomaggiore, also a few minutes away by car. A good starting point, therefore for trekking, cycling tourism, for local dairies and producers, for the main tourist destinations in the area but also for those like us who were looking especially for relaxation. Ramona was extremely kind and helpful in welcoming us but also in helping us organize our stay. Only regret: we couldn't stop any longer!

Enchanting location in the green of very dense woods. Perfect tranquility, ample space for walking and hiking, even with animals: I stayed with my two dogs. The place is comfortable and equipped with everything. A short distance away is the village of Bobbio, an enchanting place with a beautiful historic center, which can be reached on foot if desired. By car, you can easily reach Monte Penice and the sanctuary on the summit: the view is unforgettable. The host proved to be very nice and fulfilled any need without hesitation. Highly recommended!

New and comfortable appartment with hotel concept. The host is helpful and friendly.

We arrived at Laura's house on Friday night following clear and precise directions. There is a 24-hour parking lot 5 minutes from the apartment and this allows you to arrive late in the evening without worries. Laura waited for us outside the house and showed us the apartment, giving us all the information we might need. The house is beautiful in a small alley in the historic center. Clean, quiet, equipped with all the comforts a family might need, if something was missing Laura would have worked to help us. We saw Cremona with ease, being able to return "home" to bring packages and shopping, without having to go around until evening loaded with bags. At night the house is cool and there is a peace that makes you fall asleep peacefully and wake up with the scent of bread from the workshop downstairs. There is a small hall where you can lie down and read a book, sheltered from the sun. Around the alley there are shops with Cremonese products, restaurants, taverns, shops and groceries.

A stunning apartment in a beautiful and peaceful setting in a small village, this home is perfect for both relaxing and active holidays. The property can also be recommended for hikers and cyclists, as there are numerous routes among the vineyards for everyone with easy or demanding elevation differences. The house is about 5 kilometers from the A1 autostrada, so day trips to nearby cities are easy. Wider than we thought! Comfortable and complete

Availability and courtesy of the landlady make a difference, we had a great time! Mrs. Giulia is very attentive to make you enjoy your stay at her property to the fullest, taking care of everything in detail. Very thoughtful, I've rarely found a host so attentive. All set in a beautiful setting in the greenery and nearby a beautiful riding school with many horses. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back

Elena's house is simply fantastic. A modern farmhouse with all the comforts in a Wow valley in the Tuscan Emilian Apennines. My partner and her family spent the Christmas holidays here, and we couldn't have chosen a better place. Comfortable house, a delightful countryside with incredible peace and a breathtaking view. Elena was always present and super helpful in every question or need, and gave our family a moment that we will take for many years.

We chose Constanza's house for a murder dinner and it was the perfect location: comfortable for 10 guests, large dining room, comfortable sleeping area, large terrace, usable courtyard and super-stocked kitchen. In addition, the house has a strong personality that is found both in the layout and furnishings. All of this, combined with the location and flexibility of the schedules, makes it very suitable for grills and group activities in general.

Lovely accommodation. The beautiful view of the hills and the peace that you can breathe is indescribable. The opportunity to experience the outdoor spaces makes the stay even more pleasant. Amazing place :) the area is nice, great place for two persons, making fire was a plus.

Nice, clean, old house situated in a very, very small village in the mountains with nice people. Be prepared for a curvy road before reaching the house. It was well equipped with kitchenutensils, towels etc. Bring your own soap, spices, oil etc. Buy everything in Bettola before you go up the hills. Easy check in. Host Luca is quick in his answers and gave good information.

We had a wonderful stay in a cozy home located between Stradella and Broni, nestled in the hills of Oltrepò Pavese. The property is impeccable, clean and equipped with every necessary comfort. During the Easter period, we took advantage of the outdoor barbecue and enjoyed wine from local wineries, making our days truly memorable. The house is spread across several levels and consists of numerous rooms; there were eight of us and we enjoyed the four double bedrooms, a large living room and a convivial dining area complete with fireplace. Fabio and his team proved extremely helpful and ready to meet our every need. We'll be back :-)

We had a wonderful time in Rivergaro! Sofia is very friendly and her house is an absolute gem! We had everything we needed. Sofia has really thought of everything to make her guests feel at home – literally. The place is very clean, even in the hottest heat wave it was pleasantly cool in the house, in the beautiful courtyard you can wonderfully watch the stars in the evening. It was a fantastic long weekend and Sofia is a wonderful host! Thank you, Sofia!

The stay close to Salsomaggiore Terme was beautiful, even prettier than the pictures. The owners, who live on site, were friendly, helpful and attentive. A lot of space, nature and quietness to unwind from everyday life. I would really recommend going there if you're looking for a little gem in the countryside of Italy. We had a great time!

Super modern and high standard in a very cozy old house!

I felt right at home. We were greeted and accompanied to our apartment. We were told everything we could do both inside the property and nearby. We were immersed in a lovely place, all around paddock with horses we fed (the host made us find everything we needed). We were also able to have a wonderful experience: "the approach to the horse" MAGICAL We will definitely be back very soon

We really liked the house. Everything in the house is super clean. Everything is designed and built with the highest quality and practicality. Clean air, magnificent mountain views, greenery and flowers, birdsong, sunrises and sunsets... Nearby are peaks, valleys, forest roads and charming villages. Very attentive and welcoming hosts. This is a place you'll want to come back to again and again. Recommended!

great experience, Carlo and Anna are very helpful and the place is extremely well located with a beautiful view of the hills (too bad we had a so-so visibility). The house is clean and maybe a bit bare (dish soap, dishwasher tablets, soap dish holders for the shower, etc. are missing). In any case, great experience. I wish them the best!
