We stayed in Emanuele's apartment for three nights and it was a great experience! Super clean, cozy, and spacious place to stay. Very comfortable beds, which has allowed us to rest well after hiking! Very warm house thanks to air conditioners and electric heaters. Well-equipped kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, etc. All essentials provided including soaps and shampoo. The immense terrace where you can admire both the mountains and the sea and spend time pleasantly! Very clear and accurate check-in instructions. Great host communication! In front of the house is the place to park the car, which is very convenient. Small but very nice village! We felt right at home. It was a really nice vacation. Absolutely need to come back if we find ourselves in the area.

Exactly what we needed, I work in Lerici, only 20 minutes by car and my wife was able to visit the area on foot and by train in my absence. Very well maintained apartment, very friendly neighborhood with the piazza bars and the many restaurants around the building. We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. Dream place. If you are looking for peace and beauty there are no comparisons: the island of Palmaria, especially in the evening, is a very special oasis of peace. Close but detached from the mainland, very romantic. Manuela's house is small, compact, and perfect for exploring... Manuela's sister, who has a house right next door, was very kind and hospitable, explaining the history of the house and the many secrets of the island. Recommended for families or solitary and curious spirits!

House in a small quiet village, perched in the mountains with a nice view. Melania is very nice, with good advice and the accommodation is clean. We would happily stay again! Ideal for visiting the 5 lands by train from La SPEZIA. Car required to access.

We were there over Christmas and New Year's Eve… The small Ligurian house corresponds exactly to the description… it is nice, but a bit narrow and the steep stairs sometimes annoying. .. Unfortunately, the parking lot is also a bit far away and quite full even in the winter season. Roberta is very friendly and helpful. She personally welcomed us very warmly with numerous gifts and took a lot of time for our briefing. Also, when there were problems with the water later in the evening, she immediately stepped in and fixed the problem quickly… Many thanks to Roberta for her friendly and helpful care and for the pleasant stay. Wonderful experience with this beautiful home on the top of the Spezia. Thank you to Alberto and his wife for their kindness, hospitality and welcome gifts! They are super responsive in communication and answer our questions very quickly! I can only recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay, clean, comfortable, spacious, with free parking steps away. There are several restaurants close by, a lovely canal and easy walk to the beach.

2 night stay very pleasant in Ricco di Golfo. The accommodation is cozy and very cute, and the hostess is very welcoming and kind. La Spezia is 10 minutes away and Pisa is not far. We recommend the place!

The apartment was amazing - comfortable, cosy, clean, nicely decorated and furnished. The location is perfect, super close to the train station so you can easily visit Cinque Terre, close to Coop (supermarket), also walking distance to the city centre to go to restaurants, stores and marina. Alessandra was very communicative from the start, gave us local recommendations and advice, very kind. We highly recommend staying here!

We loved our stay with Matteo. We had the best welcome of our entire stay in Italy: we had a late check-in (9:30 p.m.) and it was Matteo's mother and father who showed us around the accommodation, explaining how everything worked. Better yet, we had everything we needed to make our first dinner and breakfast. It was really the highlight of our stay. It is also very close to everything, about a 10-minute walk from the train station, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We had a little problem and Matteo called his mother who arrived in less than 5 minutes. Wow, that's service :)! Here is a quick list of our impressions. Pros: - Incredible welcome +++ - Air conditioning throughout the accommodation - Very functional kitchen - Very spacious - Accessible everywhere on foot Cons: - the shower door may need to be repaired. This is the Airbnb that really makes us feel "home away from home"! Thank you ++++
