Vacation rentals with an EV charger in Province of Massa and Carrara

We enjoyed a relaxing week in this nice and well equipped apartment. Nicely situated at the marina of Fezzano, a normal little village. The view out of the window was pretty: marina, gulf in the background. Thank you very much, Clemente! A la prossima!

We had a great time. Franco welcomed us with such a friendliness and courtesy that we felt right at home. The apartment offers everything we could ask for. It’s not a luxurious place, but it’s made with love and personality. We would come back anytime and recommend this airbnb to everybody who doesn’t need bells and whistles, but a familiar atmosphere and a well designed apartment.

The apartment is in a very quiet and beautiful area. There are restaurants and the beach within walking distance. It was clean and offered lots of space. The whole area felt very safe and nice. The bicycles were a very nice feature, and we totally enjoyed a bike ride in the evening. Giuseppe sent very precise instructions and communication was super easy. Thank you for hosting us!

Nous étions deux jeunes à passer un petit séjour à Lerici, nous avons était très bien accueillis par les hôtes, ont avaient du retard du à la route, ils nous l'ont pardonné aha. La plage est à 5 minutes à pied, les restaurants et la plupart des commerces sont en dessous de l'appartement, très belle vue et quartier très agréable. Merci pour tout ✌️👌

Ottimo alloggio, spazioso, molto pulito e in zona tranquilla, comodissimo al centro e alla spiaggia raggiungibili a piedi in pochi minuti. Altro punto di forza è il parcheggio gratuito all’interno del condominio, perché se no sarebbe stato davvero difficile e trovarne uno in questa stagione

Nostro soggiorno da Marco e Greta è stato perfetto! Sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili se aveviamo bisogno. Raccomando quest’alloggio!!

Appartement parfait comme pied à terre pour visiter les 5 terres. Très propre, à 10mn à pieds de la gare. Federica nous a donné des instructions pour garer la voiture à proximité dans une rue à stationnement non payant ce qui était très appréciable. Très bonne communication avec Federica et de gentille petites attentions à notre arrivée.

Departamento bello y 100% funcional, anduvo todo de maravilla. Con estacionamiento en la entrada. Camas comodas y cocina excelente. El baño tambien funciono todo excelente. Muy lindo balcon. Y gran atención

“Emma’s Place” is such an adorable spot! It is definitely a little bit off the beaten path, but that’s part of why we chose to stay here! We loved having a peaceful getaway after being in the busy Cinque Terre. It is still a drive-able location to popular areas. Gianna, the host, also provided a long list of local recommendations of things to do and places to see. Along with helpful traveling tips. It was also extremely clean and well kept. She also provided some items to make a delicious breakfast for the stay!

Das Haus von Roberto war wunderbar. Geräumig, authentisch und sehr schön. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse, wo man sich am Tag sowie am Abend sehr gemütlich und wohl fühlt, ist atemberaubend. Man braucht ein Auto, aber wenn man es hat, kann man außer sehr gutem Strand am Meer so viel in der Nachbarschaft besuchen, dass es sich auf jeden Fall lohnt mit dem Auto zu kommen. Roberto ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Wir waren sehr froh, ihn in seiner Gastfreundschaft kennenzulernen.

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Come si dice " vale il prezzo del biglietto" la casa è veramente splendida,il soggiorno pieno di libri sistemati sulla libreria,il letto comodissimo,la cucina corredata di tutto,il tutto super pulito,il bagno impeccabile ma l punto forte è il barbecue in giardino con vista golfo di spezia....uno spettacolo di luci dopo il tramonto....casa e host consigliatissimi. Io e Paola siamo stati benissimo davvero. Grazie a Nico e alla sua famiglia.

Clementina's home is so clean, new, well arranged, peaceful, and welcoming. She has the BEST pillows of any Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Nice beds, sheets, and pillows go a long way with us :) We were so thankful to stay there. She was very welcoming and so kind, even offering us help for where to find good pizza and quiet beaches. Definitely recommend anyone to stay here.

Barbara,molto reattiva,ha reso disponibile la casa in un tempo brevissimo(meno di 12h). E’un vero angolo di paradiso; le foto forse non rispecchiano abbastanza la bellezza del posto. Una casa spaziosa, bella, rifinita con cura, arredata con gusto e dettagli di design. Tutte le stanze hanno bagno con doccia in camera. Tutto accessoriato e se hai bisogno di qualcosa in più B. è rapidissima nel cercare di accontentarti. Posizione panoramica spettacolare, immersa nel silenzio, circondata dalla natura con boschi e ulivi con una vista mare mozzafiato.I nostri cani hanno usufruito di un giardino molto ampio e recintato. La piscina è tenuta con cura e si gode totalmente della privacy. Tutta l’area ha sole fino al tramonto. In circa 15 min sei al mare, con spiagge ampie e belle. La nostra villeggiatura cominciata malissimo altrove, qui si è trasformata in una super vacanza! Barbara host SUPER, per qualsiasi cosa si prodiga per accontentarti. Torneremo presto

En una ciudad hermosa y estimulante como La Spezia, el departamento de Federica es un fiel reflejo de la ciudad. La decoración es exquisita, sin ser pretenciosa. Los espacios son amplios, prácticos y luminosos. Tenía todo lo necesario para las necesidades diarias, camas cómodas, toallas limpias, y detalles sabrosos: Café, aceite de oliva, jabón, shampoo. En definitiva, fue una experiencia digna de la Dolce Vita.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux sejour en famille. L'appartement est tres bien équipé, tout est conforme aux photos. La terrasse privative et la piscine ont été tres appréciées. La vue est époustouflante sur les montagnes. Bon accueil de la part de Damiano et sa mère. C'est l idéal pour un sejour dans la montagne toscane.

Accueil parfait logement extrêmement propre et agréable avec vu sur le lever de soleil et hôte très réactif et arrangeante le seule point négatif c’est l’accès uniquement à pied pas simple quand on est chargé mais les ruelles sont très agréable pour balader pour se garer il y a un parking payant facile d’accès et sécurisé il y a des places gratuites mais pas toujours libre on a passé un agréable séjour Merci vraiment beaucoup à Alessia pour ce logement

L’appartamento di Laura è come nelle Foto, accogliente pulito e di recente ristrutturazione , collocato a circa 15 min a piedi dalla stazione… Laura fin da subito si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile, tutto perfetto dal check-in fino alla partenza.

Sono stata da Luciana qualche settimana fa con il mio cane… appartamento confortevole fornito di tutti i confort, compresi accappatoi e ciabattine per casa… ottimo anche lo spazio all’eterno per pranzare o semplicemente accomodarsi per due chiacchiere! lei è stata davvero disponibile e gentile… poi grazie anche per i confort di prima necessità e per le indicazioni sui posti limitrofi da visitare… è stata un’ottima “fuga” dalla città e dalla frenesia, da ripetere sicuramente

It was a lovely place! The house was clean and tidy. Having a private patking area was a game changer. It has a balcony with a spectacular view. The house is located in the center of the town. You can reach beaches by 5 minutes walking. There are delicious restaurants nearby. We had a boat trip to Cinque Terre and the port is also close walking distance to the house. Overall that was a fantastic stay and I strongly recommend this place to everyone!

I cannot say enough positive about the place and the hosts. They are two of the kindest people I have ever met.

Wir haben und verspätet und waren erst sehr spät da.Der Gastgeber hat auf uns gewartet und wir wurden Freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber!. Die gehend sehr ruhig und super zum entspannen!
