Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

Corte bell’acqua is an historical villa from the renaissance period located near Mantova, built in the 1500’s. It was one of the biggest Gonzaga’s royal family summer residences, they were the lords of the city and deviated the original direction of the Mincio’s river to make it pass right under the house. Located in a very quiet environment, a sunrise that looks like a drawing strikes the windows in the morning, letting the lights irradiate the whole spaces with a warm embrace.

In the house, everything was as described, we felt very comfortable. Alessandro is a really very nice and helpful host. It's very quiet around the house. The places around Lake Garda are easy to reach and very nice, with some sights. Following Alessandro's tips, we had a nice day in Lazise. We would stay with Alessandro again any time.

We stayed one week with our daughter in Ermanno's beautiful apartment. The terrace is gigantic and having two big pools and the sports grounds almost to ourselves was a treat. Ermanno was very helpful with any question or issue we had. We very much enjoyed the fact of being in a top touristic spot but having a very private and quiet place for ourselves just right off the centers. Food shopping is a bit far away, needed some planning. But the apartment is top, 100% recommendation!

Very nice and nice person.The house is spacious, fully equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, and there are two verandas, so you can be very relaxed.It is conveniently located from the airport.I would definitely recommend it.

Thank you so much to Matheus for making us feel at home. Very clean house equipped with everything you need! Great parking both in front of and behind the house. Very close to the bridge to enter Mantua, a great logistics location. We stayed a few days but we had a great time. Also recommended for value, really great. Thank you again.

It was a pleasure to stay at this historical will kept place. It felt like a ferry tail but with high modren standards 😂 and it was super clean. Just perfect. Mind you it's a 3 story building with steep staircases.

Very nice apartment near Lake Garda and Verona. The apartment is spacious and well arranged. Cleanliness is impeccable. Very warm welcome from Bianca and her sister Paola. There is private parking and the apartment is air conditioned, a plus in terms of heat (40°c). I recommend for guests who want to have a little quiet knowing that it only takes 15 minutes by car to get to the lake. In addition, Pozzolengo is a great village with a very good bar on Place de la République, good restaurants, a supermarket and a very good Zenegaglia wine producer.

A simple living area features a mounted television placed atop a light-colored media console. A glass display cabinet is positioned on the wall above the console, while a shelf provides additional storage. The walls are painted in a soft yellow hue.
