Elena a Giampietro, i proprietari, sono persone squisite, amichevoli, sorridenti, simpatiche ed estremamente disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Azzardo a dire che sono i migliori host mai conosciuti, per nulla invasivi e con un’attenzione alla casa come poche volte mi è capitato di vedere! 110 e lode!!

Abbiamo molto apprezzato la vacanza nei "salici" ottima posizione, alloggi puliti e accoglienti, servizio bici gratuito e piscina. Soprattutto molta disponibilità e cortesia. Grazie Gianpaolo

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Bagno di Gavorrano. Alles zu Fuß, mit Fahrrad oder Auto erreichbar, Lebensmittelläden, Restaurant, Eis usw. Zu den Stränden nach Follonica, Scalino mit dem Auto ca. 15 min. Die Umgebung bietet viel was man unternehmen kann. Alberto war ein sehr guter und netter Gastgeber, wir wurden beim Haus mit Erstausstattung in Empfang genommen, frisches Gemüse und Obst z.B. und vieles mehr. Alberto war immer gut erreichbar wenn wir fragen hatten und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Wir sind sehr dankbar für die tolle Unterkunft gewesen, sie enthält alles was man benötigt und ist gut ausgestattet, wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl und hatten dadurch einen sehr schönen angenehmen Urlaub. Danke nochmal für alles...

Siamo state una settimana a Porto Ercole, meglio non potevamo trovare, signora Maria sempre disponibile e piena di buoni consigli per visitare tutto il bello della zona. Da consigliare a chi vuole trascorrere una vacanza tranquilla a Porto Ercole.

Graziosissimo appartamento con cucina abitabile, camera da letto e un piccolo ma ben fornito bagno, inoltre dispone di un comodo solarium con una doccia esterna, due lettini per prendere il sole e un tavolo da esterno dove mangiare. L'appartamento dista praticamente un minuto di macchina dalla bella spiaggia di Montalto Marina ed è comodissimo come punto base per vedere le bellezze della zona: chiese, monumenti, necropoli, musei... Insomma, come immaginavo, la nostra è stata una meravigliosa vacanza, corredata dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di Patrizia (e di Domenico). Grazie di cuore

Nettes Reihenhaus in einer ruhigen Seitengasse von Principina. Das Haus war sauber, nur die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Keine Klimaanlage, jedoch ist das Haus vor allem im unteren Bereich trotzdem ausreichend kühl. In den beiden Schlafzimmern kann es recht war werden, aber es gibt Ventilatoren, die Fenster sind mit Fliegengitter ausgestattet, man kann daher problemlos lüften. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und danken wir Virgilio für seine gute Betreuung.

Roberto's house and its garden is in the middle of olive trees and nature and even cows come to say hello close by every day :-) It is really peacefull and calm place but at the same time only few minutes drive from Suvereto that is a lovely village with a very nice atmosphere and historical charm. We recommend the winery opposite to the church where you can taste wine and get some snacks and sit on the staircase under the church and listen to music, the ice cream nearby is also delicious :-) The house was really beautiful, spacious and clean and very well equipped, we had everything we needed. Roberto and his wife were so friendly and their hospitality and helpfulness was very kind. Kids loved the garden and the 3 cats that came to cuddle from time to time :-) Great spot to visit the beaches in Barratti, San Vincenzo or Marina di Alberese that is by the Maremma National Park and is the top beach destination with only few people, keeps its wild character and we really recommend to come and enjoy. We did also visit beaches in Follonica and its aqua village as we travelled with 2 kids (5 and 8 y.). I can only recommend, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

One of the best places we have stayed. Maria Cristina was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Amazing view over the bay of Porto Ercole, spacious and clean apartment with all facilities (even things we were not expecting such as toothbrushes). Maria Cristina gave us many useful tips on restaurants, beaches, places to go. Free parking place highly appreciated. Hope to be back! Thanks again Maria Cristina.

We had a wonderful stay. Our hosts were available and responsive, but gave us privacy. Perfect! If you want to visit Italy and be away from tourists, this is the perfect place. The house was exactly as described. Even though the outside temperature was in the low 30s, we chose not to use the a/c. The house stayed comfortably cool. The outdoor pool was perfect. Some of the local towns were spectacular, Pitigliano in particular. Worth staying, just to visit this one town! A day trip to Porto Ecole is also worth the effort. Perhaps our only disappointment was that some of the village restaurants were closed during all of our (4 night) stay, including the one that I had an online reservation at for our final evening.

Abbiamo trovato l'alloggio molto pulito e ben organizzato, provvisto di tutto di tutti gli accessori indispensabili per passare un bella vacanza . E' situato in mezzo alla bella campagna Maremmana , ottimo per gli amanti della tranquillità ma comunque in una buona posizione per raggiungere il mare o le località più famose della zona Comodo l'ampio parcheggio di fronte casa . Lucia è molto attenta alla comunicazione e sempre pronta a rispondere ai vostri messaggi. Assolutamente raccomandato.

Proprietario: super disponibile in pochi minuti o anche secondi. Ha risposto proattivamente a qualsiasi tipo di richiesta Casa: corrisponde alla descrizione in modo fedele Cosa ho apprezzato: 1) terrazzo in cucina, molto ampio per cenare, fare colazione 2) parcheggio vicinissimo all'abitazione 3) zona molto silenziosa e tranquilla, ma a soli 10 minuti di auto dalla spiaggia (a Punta Ala non c'è mai traffico...) 4) il beach club è tra i più rinomati in zona, pertanto è un omaggio che ha un suo valore

Wir waren eine Woche auf Besuch und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - der Strand ist zu Fuß oder mit den bereitgestellten Fahrrädern super erreichbar. Gleich links am Strand grenzt der Regionalpark der Maremma - super schön ! super würden wir finden, wenn es oben im Schlafzimmer ein Mücken Netz geben würde. Allerdings nur am Rande notiert - mücken gibt es natürlich, aber es haltet sich in Grenzen;) Der Garten ist schön die Nachbarschaft ruhig;) dankeschön!

Super séjour dans une magnifique petite villa à 2 pas de la mer. Située dans un quartier calme, le logement possède un joli petit jardin et une place de parc privée. Le centre ville est accessible en une quinzaine de minutes à pieds, épiceries et mer à 5min à pieds. Bref tout était parfait, tant le logement, que sa situation et les recommandations de notre hôte. Nous recommandons vivement !

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen und hat alles, was man braucht. Sie ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Lage ist gut. Es ist ruhig und in nicht mal 5 Gehminuten erreicht man die Bushaltestelle, die Haltestelle der Fähre und viele Restaurants und Geschäfte. Die Wohnung ist voll klimatisiert und schön eingerichtet. Christina antwortet schnell auf Nachrichten und ist sehr freundlich.

È la prima volta che utilizziamo Airbnb e siamo pienamente soddisfatti dell'esperienza. L'appartamento è un vero gioiellino dotato di tutti i confort per poter trascorrere una vacanza in pieno relax. Per noi, fiore all'occhiello è stata la doccia fuori spaziosa e comodissima per cui non abbiamo mai utilizzato quella del bagno interno. Perfetto per una famiglia di 4 persone. La spiaggia libera è pulita contornata da un mare cristallino raggiungibile sia a piedi che in bicicletta. Oltretutto piscina e campo da tennis da poter utilizzare ogni qual volta si vuole. Francesca e Chiara, le host, sono state da subito disponibili e gentili rispondendo immediatamente a tutte le nostre domande e/o dubbi. Vivamente consigliato per una vacanza tranquilla immersa nel verde e nelle meravigliose acque di Roccamare.
