Villa 200 meters from the sea - Renovated in 2023

Terraced house 200 meters from the beach and 15 minutes from the center of Castiglione. The villa was modernized in February 2023. The works included the total renovation of the bathrooms and the kitchen and the installation of fixed wall-mounted air conditioners in the upstairs bedrooms. Possibility to easily reach the supermarkets by car in 5 minutes. Area equipped with tennis/padel courts, cycle path, hiking/MTB routes.

It's a small house with 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchenette and a bathroom. From the external stairs you can reach the solarium, furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deckchair. Below the house, with access from the external stairs, is my laundry area that I will use with the utmost respect for my guests. The outdoor courtyard is shared and, during high season, will house 2 of our cars.
