Paolo was a fantastic host! He gave excellent recommendations for the surrounding areas which made our stay that much more enjoyable! The house was perfect. It was just the weekend away we were looking for. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo sia per la casa, completa di tutto e in una bellissima e panoramica posizione, sia per l'ospitalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare sia per dove mangiare e per in generale sulle nostre richieste. Consiglio.

Soggiornare da Anna Maria e Matteo è stato corroborante, ci ha permesso di "staccare la spina" e di recuperare le forze dopo un periodo stancante. La casa ci ha accolto con calore, l'ambiente caldo e familiare, complice le decorazioni natalizie, ci ha messo subito a nostro agio. La casa era pulita, gli ambienti ampi, la cucina ben attrezzata. Una vera chicca il proiettore al piano di sotto, che ha reso speciali le nostre serate in famiglia. Ringraziamo Matteo per la sua disponibilità e per i suggerimenti culinari.

The Lila villa is simply one of the most beautiful place I had the pleasure to visit. Luigino is a great host and I couldn’t recommend enough to stay at his place. Wij waren met de auto en zijn door Google maps allerlei smalle straatjes doorgestuurd. Achteraf bleek dit verkeerd te zijn geweest. Volg nooit in Segni zomaar de aangegeven route, maar onderzoek het zelf eerst. Het bleek achteraf dat we veel gemakkelijker bij de accomodatie konden komen.

Прекрасный дом в спокойном безопасном месте. Очень чисто и уютно. Хозяин сразу же решает любые проблемы, очень доброжелательный и заботливый. Самая главная фишка дома - отличный камин, который придает вечерам приятную атмосферу. Хозяин делает все, чтобы отдых был комфортным. Если бы было лето, то можно плавать в бассейне, но мы прибыли в октябре. Чтобы провести приятное время в тихом, уютном месте - это один из лучших вариантов для выбора. Спасибо Марио, который сделал наш отдых незабываемым!

Una bellissima esperienza insieme alla mia famigli, immersi nella natura , una vera oasi di pace e relax. Posto incantevole personale cordiale attento e disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità lo consiglio a chi desidera staccarsi dalla realtà per qualche giorno

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Come già accaduto l’anno scorso, anche questa volta il mio soggiorno è stato semplicemente MAGNIFICO! Eleonora e Andrea sono due persone meravigliose, accoglienti e autentiche: mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo luogo a chiunque desideri una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della riconnessione con la natura e, soprattutto, con se stesso.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub in dem wunderschönen Anwesen von Stephane. Die Lage und Aussicht ist atemberaubend, wir hatten ungeheuer viel Platz (Familie mit drei Kindern) in dem großen Haus, auf den verschiedenen Terrassen, dem riesigen Garten und natürlich dem Infinity-Pool 😊! Die ganze Zeit waren wir völlig unter uns. Trotzdem war Stephane per Handy immer prompt zu erreichen und mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle! Die Begrüßung durch Stephane war sehr herzlich, ausführlich und informativ. Die Gegend eignet sich gut für Wanderungen und zum Seele baumeln lassen, aber auch touristische Attraktionen wie Rom oder Pompeji sind gut erreichbar. Dass man in oder um einem allein stehendem Haus in den Weinbergen auch Ameisen, Wespen oder Mücken begegnet haben wir erwartet und war nie ein Problem. Wir haben uns in diesem Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen hoffentlich bald einmal wieder zurück!

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement et ses alentours correspondent tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Nos hôtes ont été très attentifs et disponibles. la piscine est très grande et offre une vue panoramique sur toute la vallée. Belle place de parking individuelle. Si vous cherchez la tranquillité dans un endroit rustique mais disposant tout de même d'un confort certain, c'est l'endroit parfait.

Wir haben mir unserer Familie eine wunderbare Zeit bei Novella in dem sehr schönen ländlich gelegenem Haus mit vielseitigem Garten und kleinem erfrischendem Pool verbracht. Dort hatten wir viel Ruhe zum lesen und ansonsten ging es mit dem Auto zum nahe gelegenen Sandstrand und mit dem Zug nach Rom und Neapel. Das Auto konnten wir am Bahnhof parken. Novella hat uns viele hilfreiche Tips zum Essen und schwimmen gehen vor Ort gegeben und war auch ansonsten immer erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die Ruhe abseits vom Massentourismus suchen und dennoch die Kultur und Strand in der Nähe genießen wollen.

Nota assolutamente positiva per l'host e la sua famiglia, che si sono impegnati a offrirci tutto il loro aiuto per qualsiasi necessità o domanda sulle migliori attività da fare nel circondario. La casa in sé rispettava completamente ciò che la sua descrizione qui in piattaforma presentava, per nulla scontato secondo le mie esperienze passate. Il paesino dove si trova la struttura è tranquillissimo, ideale come base per riposare dopo aver svolto attività fisiche nei dintorni come noi (trekking, sport sulla neve, esplorazioni serali delle città vicine come Scanno). Nel complesso ci ha soddisfatto molto l'intera esperienza, per cui ci sentiamo di consigliarla a pieni voti 🙂

Giuseppe e la sua famiglia ci hanno offerto un'accoglienza calorosa, facendoci sentire a casa sin dal primo momento. Bellissima la casa e lo spazio all'aperto, attrezzato con tanti giochi per la nostra piccola. Massima attenzione anche per il nostro cagnolino. Arredo di gusto, pulizia maniacale e tanti extra aggiuntivi graditissimi (acqua, succhi e vino in frigo, cialde del caffè, dolci per la prima colazione). Soggiorno da 10 e lode.

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

L'appartamento é atata una piacevole sorpresa: nel cuore del centro storico, a due passi da un parcheggio, vicino ai ristoranti/bar del centro sorico. Massima la pulizia, l ordine e la funzionalita, nonche di ottimo gusto come arredo. Riccardo é stato di una gemtilezza e di una disponibilita a dir poco eccezionali: chiaro, premuroso e genuinamente gentile.

Appartamento molto curato, arredato con gusto, luminoso e spazioso. Ottima posizione tra Arpino, Isola Liri e Sora. Parcheggio agevole. Soggiorno molto piacevole.

We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

Such a wonderful and comfortable place .close to town and good restaurants. Visit the old town, very interesting! I would stay there again!
