Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Province of Frosinone

Costanza was very friendly and we very much appreciated her flexibility with check in time (we had two young kids). The place was a bit cold when we arrived as it had been closed for a while, but we texted Costanza and she helped us get the settings right for the heating. Overall, the place was big and comfortable and we had a very nice stay!

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

La casa di Marco è ottimamente posizionata nel centro di Pescasseroli da dove è possibile raggiungere facilmente tutte le località del Parco Nazionale, la vicinanza del parcheggio auto rende tutto molto semplice. La casa è graziosa e spaziosa, in quattro ci siamo stati comodamente. Marco è stato molto utile per consigli ed indicazioni di viaggio. Grazie!

Once we found the Villa we were delighted with everything and the most amazing views from the house breathtaking. We had no need to communicate with Simona on arrival as her Aunt Maria welcomed us and was a lovely host for our stay. We were 10 people on a family reunion so the house worked perfectly for all of us. We each said we would definitely use this villa again. Thank you Maria for you kindness

Tommaso was a very helpful, gracious and friendly host. The apartment is lovely and well equipped. The view, especially sitting out on the terrace day or night is spectacular. Roccasecca is a wonderful, well looked after town worth visiting just for the views down the hills and up to the ancient castle and medieval village (birthplace of St. Thomas Aquinas). A short walk for a morning coffee in the main piazza and great takeaway pizza. I wish we had been able to stay longer. Highly recommended.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo sia per la casa, completa di tutto e in una bellissima e panoramica posizione, sia per l'ospitalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare sia per dove mangiare e per in generale sulle nostre richieste. Consiglio.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno bellissimo in questa casa nel cuore di Monte Livata, circondata dal bosco e dal silenzio rigenerante della montagna. La casa è un perfetto rifugio per chi cerca pace, relax e contatto con la natura. La struttura è curata nei minimi dettagli e dotata di tutti i comfort: riscaldamento efficiente, cucina attrezzata, Wi-Fi, camino accogliente e spazi interni ampi e luminosi. Perfetta sia d’estate che d’inverno, questa casa è ideale per escursioni, passeggiate nel bosco, giornate sulla neve o semplicemente per rilassarsi davanti al camino con un buon libro. Proprietari gentilissimi e molto accoglienti. Consigliatissima, torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato in coppia per 6 giorni, Emilia ci ha permesso di fare un check-in prima, facendoci accogliere dal gentilissimo marito, ciò nonostante Emilia è venuta lo stesso per conoscerci, la cosa che mi ha colpito è stata la sua discrezione, sembrava quasi che fosse lei a casa nostra, la casa è un sogno, la vista lago ti delizia gli occhi, è come stare in un albergo di lusso, con la comodità di essere a casa propria, la spiaggetta del lago è vicinissima a piedi, che dire ..grazie emilia... Super consigliato ...

Bellissima Frattura, e Adamo è un host speciale, sempre molto disponibile. La casa è ordinata e pulita. I dintorni sono bellissimi.

L'alloggio di Stefania è comodo e accogliente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

Leila was very helpful and we enjoyed staying at her place. We had wet weather so the fireplace was wonderful for drying out and staying warm! The accommodation worked well for our family of two adults and one child; there was a bunk bed so it would also work for a larger family. Pesscaseroli was a convenient base for exploring the area. We had agreed great stay despite the intense heat! The place is well kitted out and has a ridiculously beautiful view from the balcony. The location was great too being only a few minutes drive to places to eat and drink.

Anna è stata una padrona di casa impeccabile, ottima accoglienza, casa pulita ordinata. E' stata presente quando serviva e pronta a fronteggiare qualsiasi piccolo inconveniente. La Fonte Su - unsere Quelle für acht herrliche und unvergessene Tage bei den freundlichsten und herzlichsten Gastgebern Luigia und Armando. Eigentlich sind es drei Gastgeber - Gino der Hund, küsste jeden Tag unser Herz. Das Ferienhaus ist einfach wunderbar. Besser, friedlicher geht es nicht. Die Terrasse und der Blick ein Traum. Obendrein der Pool. Die üppige Natur. Wirkliche, fast unberührte Natur mit zauberhafter Flora und Fauna, begleitete uns auf Schritt und Tritt. Ein Spumante in der Bar in CANTERANO auf der kleinen sonnigen Piazza macht Freude, genauso wie Besuche zu Fuß oder by car in Rocca CANTERANO, Jenne (sehr, gutes Restaurant La Viletta) Cervara Di Roma. Ristorante Da Anna, Il Cantuccio, Contrada Rapello (unglaublich gutes Restaurant, der Service wundervoll, das Essen so und so und das Olivenöl zum warmen Brot von der Monastero San Benedetto ein Hochgenuß) - alle in Subiaco. Liebe Luigia wir kommen wieder zu Euch aus Abu Dhabi. Ihr habt uns sehr glücklich gemacht. Danke.

Tutto perfetto Casa fantastica e ideale per rilassarsi, oltre ad essere in una buona posizione per raggiungere ed esplorare i dintorni. Maura gentile e disponibile, non potevamo chiedere di meglio e non saremmo mai voluti andar via !

Idyllic, rural house in a non-touristic region made for a very peaceful weeks holiday (It is a drive that required pre planning from Ciampino airport but google maps got us there) The house is exactly as shown on the photos. Modernernised but rustic and spacious with fabulous views. We travelled with our 2 teenage boys who loved the big pool and the basketball hoop. (The gardens are very well maintained by a groundsman who lives quietly upstairs in a separate apartment) The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. We only shared the pool with the main house on the property for 1 morning of our 7 night stay and they were very nice. We used the Coop in Colleferro which was well stocked with a bakery, meat and cheese counter only 10 minutes drive. The train in Colleferro was very efficient to Rome and easy to use. Our best local night out was in Anagni for aperitivo, dinner and good atmosphere 20 min drive. Fabrizo was a very friendly and helpful host.

Come già accaduto l’anno scorso, anche questa volta il mio soggiorno è stato semplicemente MAGNIFICO! Eleonora e Andrea sono due persone meravigliose, accoglienti e autentiche: mi hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglio questo luogo a chiunque desideri una vacanza all’insegna del relax, della riconnessione con la natura e, soprattutto, con se stesso.

Francesca è stata super disponibile e l’appartamento era dotato di ogni comfort. Il lettino da campeggio accanto al letto preparato per nostra figlia di 2 anni un tocco in più! Sarà decisamente un punto di riferimento per i nostri viaggi futuri. Grazie!

fantastic stay with Amelia and Giannini at their wonderful house. easy commute to Rome via the train lines at Fossonova arounf 15 minute drive down the hill. Maenza is a traditional Italian village with a real community feel. would definetely stay here again if I visit.
