We stayed in 5 of us in this apartment and were very satisfied. The location is great for experiencing the city of Crotone, allowing you to easily reach the main attractions. The place was clean, the beds were soft and comfortable and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Also, the owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. Highly recommended

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.

The place was good, the location great. Supermarket, bars, beach were all within walking distance. The landlord was very nice. The apartment had everything you need. We were very pleased

We spent 1 week (too short) peace and relaxation.. Carol and her family, kind and helpful, immediately made us feel like a family atmosphere and also the other guests welcomed us in an extraordinary way..The children can have a play area provided, on every corner a relaxation area with deckchairs and hammock..the breathtaking view is the setting with a beautiful sea and the small beach..very nice pool immersed in the vegetation..unforgettable sunrise seen from the viewpoint .. ultimately an experience to be repeated and recommended to all nature lovers! Flawless and tastefully decorated apartment! Rosanna is friendly, available and attentive! 10 min walk to the beach, well-maintained pool and residence. The neighbors are welcoming and the city merchants ( very lively in the evening) adorable! We had an excellent vacation ☺️

I have been traveling for years with Airbnb and I am a host myself, Marcella is certainly among the most hospitable, friendly and helpful I have met to date👈. There were 5 of us, including an 11-month-old girl for whom the host provided the equipment not provided, such as a high chair and playpen🫶. The interior of the apartment is well distributed, consisting of a large living area with kitchen, 3 bedrooms 💤 and a bathroom. I found the outdoor terrace, of generous size, relaxing and restorative for the view and the tranquility that you can breathe😎. The beach, served by a staircase that can also be used with a child in your arms, is almost pristine and the right size for flying a kite🪁. The first seabed, sandy mixed with rocks, ideal for snorkeling🤿. You need to have a car to get around freely, which can be conveniently parked attached to the house🚙. I recommend an exploratory visit of nearby Sila ⛰️ and the village of S. Severina🏰. Thanks Marcella! 🙏Calabria is great🤙

Francesca was lovely and responsive to our messages, we booked very last minute but she was very accommodating to our arrival time. The flat was very clean and in a nice area, easy to find. We also had a flat tire the next morning which Francesca helped us out with massively. She was really helpful in calling a mechanic and getting us back on the road!

The accommodation is as described, it is located on the 1st floor of a house in the center of the small town. Clean apartment. Very pleasant and reliable host in his directions. Thank you for this good restaurant recommended by Francesco. Nothing negative to report.

Gabriele was very helpful. He let us in long before check-in time. Apartment as per description Wide internally and infinitely externally, my children woke up every day in nature among cows, sheep, olive trees and peace. Cozy neighbors greeted us with fresh fresh fruit. Thanks to Lia for her not intrusive presence at all. We had a great time with our family both for location and everything else. a perfect stay. there could not have been a better conclusion to a tour in a wonderful region that is Calabria. house surrounded by olive trees. Green, tranquility and freedom. On foot ,in 5 real minutes, you find yourself on a wonderful beach of red sand. Gabriele's friends are always available to make us the perfect stay. Thank you. Highly recommended

The apartment is located in a development with somewhat neglected and old areas, but Fabrizio's apartment is in good condition and was also super clean. The terrace is beautiful and the apartment has everything needed to be comfortable (they also left us some sun loungers and an umbrella in case we wanted to make any excursions to nearby beaches). The development has security and private beach (with umbrellas and sun loungers of its own). We couldn't enjoy everything we wanted from the area, because we had a monumental cliff, but it is close to Le Castella (nice village) and close to a good handful of interesting beaches. But the best part was Fabrizio: close, kind, he gave us tips of things to do around the area and gave us a very good thorn.

The place is delicious, very quiet... you sleep in absolute silence, surrounded by an olive grove. The house is spacious, fresh and very clean. Well-functioning wifi. The owner is always available and proactive in giving advice on the area. We'll definitely be back!
