Cristian e Susa moglie sono persone gentili ed accorte, il loro appartamento non manca di nulla, per farti passare un soggiorno tranquillo. noi eravamo lì per lavoro ma abbiamo potuto godere anche la posizione centrale dell'appartamento per andare in giro a passeggio o raggiunte il lungo mare che dista dall'appartamento pochi minuti. sarà un alloggio di riferimento in quella zona.

Ich war für 3 Tage in Crotone. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber u liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon auf dem man etwas Sonne genießen kann. Damiano war sehr hilfsbereit. Er hat mir sogar angeboten mich zum Flughafen zu bringen, falls etwas dazwischen kommen sollte. Außerdem gab es eine Menge Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten Restaurants etc. Ich komme gern wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist genau wie auf den Bildern, also schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wie beschrieben. Dafür punktet sie mit ihrer tollen Lage: sehr zentral, vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar – Restaurants, Cafés, kleine Läden – und auch das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Man hat sogar einen kleinen Meerblick von dem Balkon! Wer keinen großen Luxus erwartet, aber Wert auf eine zentrale Lage legt, ist hier genau richtig.Die Unterkunft liegt super zentral – man kann wirklich fast alles zu Fuß erreichen: viele Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, und das Meer ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Promenade in Crotone bietet verschiedene Restaurants Eisdielen etc. Wenn der Flug günstig ist, bietet es sich an einen Trip zu machen. Uns hat Crotone gefallen. Fabio war sehr nett und hat zeitnah geantwortet. Er hat uns auch gute Restaurant Empfehlungen gegeben und hatte einen Willkommensgruß bereit gestellt. (Snack) sehr nett.

Salvatore è stato sempre gentile e disponibile. L'alloggio era pulitissimo e completamente arredato. Il posto molto tranquillo ma vicinissimo a tantissime attrazioni della zona e soprattutto alle splendide spiagge vicine. Struttura consigliatissima.

Sono stato benissimo nell’appartamento di Carlo. Tutto perfetto a partire dal check-in dove sono stato accolto magnificamente dalla mamma che mi ha fatto subito sentire a casa. La comunicazione è stata fantastica sia con Carlo che con i genitori. L’appartamento è comodo pulito luminoso ed economico per ciò che offre. Dotato di tutto ciò che serve e sito in un condominio tranquillo. Posto auto sotto casa. Insomma consigliatissimo.

Giuseppe opened the gate as we pulled up and we stopped and unloaded our gear right at the doorstep prior to moving our car. Gated parking is always a plus when travelling with a rental car. He took the time to explain all the workings of the place which is always nice. The apartment was clean, exactly as described. Very bright with big windows that open a number of ways to get airflow. The view was also pretty nice, overlooking the ocean. The kitchen functioned well, as did the bathroom and the shower was strong and hot if you wanted that. The drive to the grocery store was less than 5 minutes, but it would be a hike on foot. We did not partake of the local eateries, but there are quite a few a short drive away. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

A spacious sleeping area is equipped with a large bed covered in a light-toned blanket. A bedside table with a lamp is placed next to the bed. Above, wooden shelves are mounted on the sloped ceiling, with light streaming through a small window adorned with a sheer curtain.

Giuseppe è molto cortese, disponibile, simpatico e gentilissimo – una persona d’altri tempi che ti fa sentire subito a tuo agio. Appartamento carino, comodo e pulito, completo di tutto: lavatrice grande, frigo, aria condizionata, situato dietro al Duomo con accesso al centro storico con negozi, bar, mercato di frutta e verdura. A 10 minuti dal lungomare. Tutto molto bello. Ritornerò volentieri.

Gabriele molto disponibile. Ci ha fatto entrare molto prima dell’orario di check in. Appartamento come da descrizione Ampio internamente e infinito esternamente, i miei figli si svegliavano tutti i giorni nella natura fra mucche, pecore, ulivi e pace. Vicini accoglienti ci hanno omaggiato di frutta fresca appena raccolta. Grazie a Lia per la sua presenza per niente invadente. Ci siamo trovati benissimo con la nostra famiglia sia per posizione che per tutto il resto. Grazie Gabriele e Lia Arrivederci

El piso se encuentra en una urbanización con zonas algo descuidadas y viejas, pero el apartamento de Fabrizio está en buen estado y además estaba super limpio. La terraza es preciosa y el piso tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos (también nos dejaron unas tumbonas y una sombrilla por si queríamos hacer alguna excursión a playas cercanas). La urbanización cuenta con seguridad y playa privada (con sombrillas y tumbonas propias). No pudimos disfrutar todo lo que quisimos de la zona, pq nos cayó un chaparrón monumental, pero se encuentra cerca de Le Castella (bonito pueblo) y cerca de un buen puñado de playas interesantes. Pero lo mejor fue Fabrizio: cercano, amable, nos dio tips de cosas que hacer en la zona y nos dio muy buena espina.
