Fuscaldo ist ein ruhiges, schönes Dorf. Guiseppe und seine Eltern wachen höflich und unkompliziert. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Der Aufenthalt war klasse! Es war alles sehr einfach. Die Gegend war schön und ruhig. Ebenfalls war die Unterkunft wundervoll mit einer tollen Aussicht. Nur zu empfehlen!

In questo caso Mattia ha fatto la differenza, in modo tempestivo si è presentato alla location, mezz’ora dopo la mia prenotazione , mi ha spiegato tutto nel dettaglio , molto gentile e a livello qualità/ prezzo credo sia il migliore della zona, considerando la poca distanza dal lungo lago di lorica, percorribile in pochi minuti a piedi. si vuole staccare la spina dalla città e dal trambusto quotidiano , lo consiglio vivamente , la casa è accogliente e pulita , con tanto di stufa a pellet! Complimenti Mattia , all prossima!

Erstmal ein super netter Gastgeber der direkt vor Ort war wenn man ihn brauchte Die Wohnung ist genau so wie auf den Fotos alles ordentlich und super sauber Wir haben uns direkt wie zuhause gefühlt eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit Eigener Terasse wo man auch nicht gestört wird und die Kinder ohne Probleme auch etwas Lauter spielen konnten Die Lage wie beschrieben keine paar min bis zum Strand super schöne lage Wir würden noch weitere Male diese Wohnung im schönen Corigliano mieten können wir nur weiter empfehlen Danke an die Gastgeber

Overall, we really enjoyed the apartment! Great location, very clean, and comfortable. Free parking in front of the house. The apartment is freshly renovated. The host was friendly and attentive. Super easy self check in and check out with flexible times. The only issue we encountered was the noise from the neighbor across the hall. She frequently opened and closed her door, and because the walls are quite thin, it was very loud. In fact, the windows in our room would rattle every time she slammed the door. We had to ask her a few times to be quieter, especially late at night. Future guests should be aware that they might need to remind the neighbor to keep it down. Multiple times.

Siamo stati benissimo. L’appartamento è molto carino, immerso nel verde, e in un’ottima posizione per visitare la zona. Si può parcheggiare l’auto nella proprietà. Sara e sua mamma sono estremamente gentili e disponibili.

Abbiamo avuto un soggiorno breve, ma quando sufficiente per apprezzare la cura degli spazi, la pulizia e l'ubicazione favorevole. Un grazie a Michela per la calorosa accoglienza.

Alloggio fedele alla descrizione. Panorama bellissimo. Tutto curato nei particolari. Arredo nuovo e idoneo ad appartamento al mare . Il terrazzo solarium è un vero ritiro per anime innamorate .Residence pulito e silenzioso. Host reattivo e disponibile. Corretto e incline alla risoluzione di eventuali problematiche.

Soggiorno impeccabile! La struttura rispettava la descrizione e tutti i comfort erano presenti ed adeguati... anche di più! Nonostante il nostro soggiorno non prevedesse la colazione inclusa ci è stato fatto trovare caffè e zucchero; un'attenzione che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo! Ottima pulizia ed estrema disponibilità da parte dell'host. Assolutamente consigliato!

Anna ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben und alle unsere Fragen sofort beantwortet. Die Unterkunft hat den großzügigen Charme der 60er Jahre im mediterranen Stil. Der riesige Balkon und die Terrasse mit dem Panoramablick übers Meer ist fantastisch. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Excellent apartment, five minutes walk from the train station, near two large supermarkets and cafes. The sea is 10-15 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality, I will be coming back again.

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und unkompliziert in die Wohnung eingeführt: Reichlich Wasser und Kaffee standen für uns bereit. 2 Balkone (Nordwest bzw. um Eck Nordost mit Blick aufs Meer, Südwest bzw. Südost ums Eck mit Blick auf die Bergketten) luden ein, das Frühstück, ein Sonnenbad oder den Abendausklang zu genießen. Die Einrichtung ließ keinen Wunsch offen (s. Beschreibung). Hunde, Katzen, Hühner in der Nachbarschaft vermitteln ein ländliches Flair. Fabrizio Piccolo war für uns der Ausgangspunkt für viele kurzweilige Unternehmungen (Nahbereich: Rossano und Corigliano - enge Altstädte in Hanglage, Sibari mit dem Archäologischen Park; Fernbereich: Camigliatello Silano im herrlichen Sila-Nationalpark). Ein Auto ist für das Quartier empfehlenswert, genügend Parkraum steht am Haus, gelegen an einer Sackgasse, zur Verfügung. Der Abschied, unkompliziert arrangiert, fiel uns schwer.

We had a great stay at this Hosts appt. It has the benefit of full time staff to assist with check in and out and any issues one might have. The apartment is very spacious and typical of the area. The balcony is a great place to spend time after a good days exploring. Being just outside the main centre it is wonderfully relaxing. We will definately stay again and a big thanks to Andrey for being so helpful. 5 stars easy! 🌟

La piscina grande e ben curata è stata la gioia dei nostri piccoli!
