We were thrilled with the location with the most beautiful view of Lake Garda. Beautiful nature. Peaceful location. Well-functioning and clean apartment with everything you need. Nereo is a very good and informative host. We can recommend this unique place. Great restaurants within walking distance.

This charming and historic apartment was very comfortable for our group of 4 adults, baby, and toddler. The location is amazing, on a quiet lane next to the castle, with incredible views across the town, lake, and castle. There is a small swimming cove just below the apartment suitable for adults or a quick dip with children. The wider pebble beach with a lifeguard is a short walk away, as is the ferry to Limone sul Garda. The town’s best gelato shop is around the corner, as is an excellent restaurant Paradiso Perduto (reserve ahead). Matteo and Ludovica were very hospitable and responsive, and met us in person at both check-in and departure. They arranged a complimentary transfer of our luggage with an ape, which was much appreciated across the cobblestone lanes. One thing to consider is if you are sensitive to heat, the two bedrooms on the upper floor can get quite warm in the summer months. We visited during an unseasonably warm June, but thankfully the fans were sufficient.

We had a wonderful time with Giulia and her family! The place was perfect for us with two small children. Super quiet location, surrounded by a lot of nature, with wonderful views of the vineyards. We were allowed to use the large garden - the children were happy and played together (without understanding each other). The location is great, you can walk to the lake or down to the city. There are many restaurants, a large market and a cute downtown. We really loved the place Bardolino! When we checked in, we were totally flexible. Giulia provided us with helpful tips the entire time and was available for questions or concerns. It was all around beautiful - we definitely plan to come back again! :)

Beautiful apartment attached to the main house but very private , you have you own little patio area to sit outside that’s not overlooked by anyone . The apartment is immaculate and lots of nice little touches , lots of provisions provided including toilet pater , shower gel , washing up liquid etc. There are 2 restaurants within 5 minutes walk , we only ate at the one up the hill and the food was amazing and reasonably priced . Our 2 dogs loved the freedom of the secluded countryside and the geese that lived there were securely fenced off . You can hear the noise from the adjoining house but if you have quiet neighbours it’s not a problem .

Such an amazing place right at the lake side, so peaceful & beautiful. Apartment was clean, tidy, very bright, we enjoyed big windows. Chirping of the birds early morning while having coffee on the terrace was music for our ears. We celebrated mini honeymoon here & did not regret. Only thing we regret is not staying longer. We had a wonderful stay at Umberto's! Already in advance and during our trip, he was incredibly helpful, friendly and proactive – you really can't ask for a better host. Especially great: Umberto also helped us with reservations for special restaurants and thus allowed us places with the most beautiful views – a real highlight of our stay! Located in the middle of a charming place on beautiful Lago d'Iseo. From here, all the sights of the area can be easily reached. The apartment itself is very nice, cozy and authentic – not a typical tourist place, but a real experience among locals. For us, it was a thoroughly authentic stay with a lot of local flair. We give 5 stars and can fully recommend Umberto's place!

I really liked the place, well located, practical, and very comfortable. I felt at home and walked everywhere. If you want, you can easily go to the lake during the day. I will not hesitate to recommend Laura's house and return if I should be in Brescia. Thank you for everything.

Paolo was a-mazing!! Paolo met me at the apartment, showed me around, gave recommendations, then kept in contact to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. The place was super clean and spacious. A/C was nice and cold. Could not of had a better experience, thank you Paolo! Would definitely stay there again.

Very clean apartment and excellent location - Quick to arrive with car, good and cheap parking options but still walking distance from city center. We like to prepare meals ourselves on long stays, so only little minus was the missing kichenware, for example no knifes or cutting boards. But all in all excellent apartment and host, perfect for 1-2 adults.

We stayed 4 nights in Paolo's apartment and it was great: the location in the center. the spaces, everything was present and very clean, the communication and helpfulness of Paolo. Everything was perfect !

“Perfect stay in Brescia!” I stayed at this B&B with a friend for a conference, and the experience was excellent. The host was always extremely helpful and attentive to our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is cozy, with attention to detail and decorated with very special objects, which give a truly unique atmosphere. One detail we particularly appreciated was the mix of herbs left by the host to prepare herbal teas: a special touch that made us feel pampered. The location is strategic: a few minutes' walk away is the metro that conveniently connects to the city center. In addition, you can reach the university in just 10-15 minutes, perfect for those of us who had academic commitments. The neighborhood also deserves a mention: quiet and equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this B&B for those looking for a comfortable and cozy place to stay!

Like being at home, Olga waited for us until we arrived, since we were in the car and had taken traffic, we were two hours late. The house has all the comforts, the house is in a beautiful location. In my case, it was a move for about a month for work, and because of the location of the house, it was really convenient because outside the driveway I had the bus stop that took me right to the workplace. Refreshment activities, pizzerias, green space. Friendly neighbors and even my dogs had company. Great, if the company assigns me new activities, I'll consider it again.

It's a lovely place! It has all the comforts for family travel, it is thought out to the smallest detail, both for adults and children, thank you for everything, it is spectacular!!!!!!!!!

We enjoyed our stay at Marta's place. The apartment was well-located in a quiet, residential area, with a pleasant 15-minute walk into town and to the ferry terminal. It felt more like a real home than a holiday rental, with thoughtful touches that made it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and well-equipped, and we appreciated having a washing machine and kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Check-in was seamless thanks to the video instructions Marta sent ahead of time (though a small note on how to locate the apartment from the street would have been helpful — it’s tucked away, which adds to the peace and quiet once you find it!). Communication was quick and friendly throughout, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. We’d happily return if visiting the area again. Grazie mille!

Arezia’s home is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully curated, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect place to unwind, cook meals, and get inspired by the impressive collection of art books. Located in a charming, non-touristy area, it offers a great base for exploring the many picturesque towns around the lake. The beach is walking distance from the apartment. Arezia is a wonderful host—thoughtful, welcoming, and full of helpful local tips to make your stay even more enjoyable.

Anna has put a lot of heart into preparing the venue. The children's corner- wonderful! Cookies, nutella, jam, honey, coffee, tea.... Spices, olive oil, balsamic vinegar.... Dishwasher, washing machine (washing liquid is there too).... Napkins, paper towel, cups, glasses, glasses, pots.... All this makes Anna has created your home in Brescia for you. I would also add that you live in the old town next to the Roman ruins. Brescia itself as well as this flat invites you to come back - and that's what we intend to do :)
