Located on the second floor of a building entirely dedicated to hospitality, the accommodation offers comfortable and well-furnished spaces. Guests can relax in the Wellness Center (not included in the price), access to which requires a reservation. The property also includes a camper parking area, ideal for those traveling independently.

Our flat is located in a hamlet of the nearby village, just 8km from Biella. It is part of a renewed farmstead, right in the middle of woods and meadows. The flat is on the ground floor and has its own entrance (separated from the rest of the house). In front of the flat there is a courtyard, with a gazebo and barbecue, where our dog lives (she is very friendly). In the morning you might be awoken by the rooster and hens singing.

75 sqm attic apartment in a villa with 2 other independent apartments. Private location, but central to the Biella area. Free parking. A 5-minute drive from the city, the Gli Orsi shopping center, the Ricetto di Candelo and the Hospital while remaining in a very quiet and hospitable residential area.
