Welcome to Verena, our charming and completely renovated flat is located in a typical Tyrolean house, a few hundred meters from the town centre of San Cassiano, Alta Badia, just in the heart of the Dolomites and only 1km from the cable cars that will take you to the Sella Ronda ski area and only 40 min drive from Cortina. We are at the ideal starting point for your hikes and walks in the mountains, but we are also close to many sporting activities (climbing, biking, snowshoeing, skiing,...).

Bright two-room apartment with beautiful views of the imposing Langkofel, the Sellagruppe and the Cirspitze, in a sunny location, secluded from all the hustle and bustle; yet the village center can be reached in just a few minutes. In winter, the ski bus stop is only a few meters away and in no time you are in the ski carousel. Children can run around freely, as no road passes by the house, on the contrary, a hiking trail, the so-called "Via Crucis", begins right outside the front door.

The Bivouac Apartment - Tre Cime - Dolomites

The apartment takes its name from the prestigious reconstruction project of the Fanton Bivouac in Forcella Marmarole in Auronzo, inaugurated in 2021. A very large room has a double bed set in a bridge wardrobe with a low ceiling while, in the space opposite, I obtained that my brother carpenter made a wooden structure that reproduces the unique experience of sleeping in a bivouac.
