It is in Alleghe centre,it is in a quiet and panoramic location just in front of Alleghe lake, 150 m. far from the square and 350 mt. from Civetta gondola. Outdoor parking place, elevator and ski room with ski-shoe dryer or bikes deposit. The apartment has 2 double rooms, a living room with divan bed for 2 people, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, Tv sat, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, microwave oven, internet wi fi.

Respira la storia e l’armonia della natura, dove la forza della pietra, il calore del legno e l’eleganza del metallo ti accompagneranno in un’esperienza indimenticabile. L'immobile è stato ristrutturato a fine 2024 ed è diviso in 3 strutture ricettive di nostra proprietà. Ogni appartamento è autonomo e dotato di posto auto.

The Bivouac Apartment - Tre Cime - Dolomites

The apartment takes its name from the prestigious reconstruction project of the Fanton Bivouac in Forcella Marmarole in Auronzo, inaugurated in 2021. A very large room has a double bed set in a bridge wardrobe with a low ceiling while, in the space opposite, I obtained that my brother carpenter made a wooden structure that reproduces the unique experience of sleeping in a bivouac. Particularly suitable for families with children. Come on!

A dieci minuti dal centro a piedi, la casa gode di una posizione privilegiata panoramica e silenziosa, ottimo punto di partenza di gite e numerose escursioni a poche centinaia di metri dall'imbocco della Statale Provinciale.
