Cottage vacation rentals in Providenciales and West Caicos

The service here was impeccable from beginning to end. Richard at concierge was very pleasant and helpful with providing things to do on the island. We were provided with a cell phone that included important contacts such as the taxi driver, beach shuttle, etc. Everything was seamless while here.

Super cute place. Quiet and quaint if that’s what you’re looking for on your stay. Very helpful that they provide you a phone to communicate with taxi drivers and other local numbers. It’s minutes from the beach where there’s a free shuttle to take you and they offer beach towels and cold water, and of course lounge chair and umbrella. Overall, the best part of the vacation was staying at Kokomo, but you are away from the “good parts” at the “strip” where the Ritz is. Deco recommend visiting that are while in the Turks. 😊

What an awesome location! This was our third trip to Turks and Caicos and our third airbnb. This was by far the best location and perfect unit. We are huge fans of Chalk Sound location and this was within very short walking distance of Sapodilla Beach one of the best on the island. The rental was great. Very nice patio, pool, and amenities. Walking distance to Las Brisas restaurant and a short drive to the Little Havana restaurant. The hosts were great. Quick to respond at all times. Never had any issues. Highly recommend.

Staying at Hidden Haven felt like a hidden gem, it had everything we needed for our stay, the attention to details providing personal toiletries and, sunbathing items as well as the classic kitchen items we needed to ensure we had a lovely stay was a nice touch! The place itself was even more beautiful in person and felt very homey, the view of the lake to wake up to every morning was truly breathtaking the pool was also clean and just as enjoyable, Karen was more than accommodating and responsive with all of our needs, we look forward to returning!

Staying at this beachfront property in Turks and Caicos was nothing short of magical. The home is perfectly situated right on the water, with breathtaking views of the turquoise ocean just steps from the door. Waking up to the sound of gentle waves and enjoying reading on the patio with the sea breeze was an unforgettable experience. The property itself was immaculate—stylishly decorated, well-equipped, and incredibly comfortable. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing or enjoying a sunset dinner. Our host was exceptional—responsive, helpful, and made check-in seamless. They also provided great local recommendations for restaurants, excursions, and hidden beaches. If you’re looking for a peaceful, luxurious escape with unbeatable beachfront access, this is it. We can’t wait to return. Truly one of the best Airbnb stays we’ve ever had!

So glad we changed our minds and swapped our hotel stay to Kelly’s cottage! Its location was perfect for us; in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to all our destinations. It was nice to have a full kitchen for breakfast every morning. Kelly’s guidebook was helpful in planning activities and dining. She has the closet stocked with all the beach equipment you would ever need (towels, coolers, chairs, etc.). We found bed and pillows to be comfortable. First time in Turks but it won’t be our last! If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay, this is it!

This our first time using Airbnb and we had the best stay experience of our lives. Villa Sara looks better than the pictures. It was so clean, organized and cozy. The pool is amazing as well as the sound system embedded in the house. The host (Ronald) was very flexible with the schedule and helped us accommodate ourselves on the island. He exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond to make us happy. Ronald really took customer service to another level

10/10! Extremely accommodating host. Everything was clean, close proximity to restaurants, shops and the beach. The unit has more than what was described... stainless steel storage containers to put food in, oil and vinegar, nice cookware. The cooler came in handy (I ended up buying one on Amazon for my next vacation), and blanket for the beach 😊! I'm very happy with the whole experience, from beginning to end. I will be back! Absolutely breathtakingly beautiful. Had a great time. Nothing like waking up to an ocean front view. Felt very private but also easy access to activities like jet skies and horse back riding. Everything was clean and comfortable. Host is very responsive. Had all the essentials for the home and kitchen. I will be coming back here!

Caicos cottage was everything we hoped it would be - right on the water with the most beautiful views of the ocean and in a quiet little neighborhood. No need for the air conditioning because there were so many windows to let in the cool ocean breeze. We had everything we needed. Mac, the taxi driver/property manager was knowledgeable, helpful, and on top on things. We would definitely stay here again!

You could not ask for a better view. Having our own pool was a highlight. The area was very private in an upper scale area. It was just my two kids (20’s) and myself. We felt safe and very comfortable. This was a beautiful peaceful trip. Thank you to Allison and Terri. Such fast responses to our questions and the great recommendations you made. We had a fantastic time!!!

We had a great five days here. We rented both cottages and they were perfect for our family of 4. Air conditioning worked perfectly, the pool was nice, plenty of outdoor seating, the kayaks were fun, the location was quiet. It is about 20 minutes from Grace Bay area, but you can't access Grace Bay unless you are stying along the water. We did go to dinner overnight in that area and we did not think it was an issue. There is a beach less than a 5 minute walk away with chairs and umbrellas to rent, but we preferred another more quiet, beautiful beach with shallow water about a 2 minute drive away. A car is needed. Coolers are in each unit, chairs and beach towels provided. the laundry was very helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much! Would highly recommend.
