petite maison très agréable !!! pas de vis à vis, une espace détente à l'arrière avec jacuzzi, bbq, jardin, table, ombre sous l'arbre... magnifique !!! tout est fourni quand vous arrivez, le linge, le café, les produits de cuisine, de bain, de ménage...la tv, internet, l'enceinte sans fil JBL et le chargeur, tout est bien expliqué, toutes les notices sont fournies...merci

A nossa estadia na Sertã foi simplesmente fantástica! A casa é incrível, com um ambiente super privativo e inserida numa zona muito sossegada — ideal para descansar — mas ainda assim a apenas 10 minutos do centro, onde se encontra tudo o que é preciso. A casa está totalmente equipada, incluindo a cozinha, o que tornou tudo muito prático. O destaque vai para a piscina privada, que foi sem dúvida o nosso cantinho favorito durante a estadia! Os anfitriões foram sempre muito simpáticos e acessíveis, prontos a ajudar com qualquer questão. Deixamos como nota que um dos quartos fica num anexo separado da casa principal, com casa de banho própria — o que pode ser ótimo para estadias com dois casais ou grupos que valorizem um pouco mais de privacidade. Recomendamos vivamente e esperamos voltar!

Estadia bastante agradável. A casa da avó é acolhedora, confortável, limpeza impecável e dispõe de tudo o que é essencial para umas férias na aldeia. A D. Dália é uma óptima anfitriã, proactiva, muito simpática e sempre disponível. Recomendo.

My husband and I needed a break in the country side and James place was perfect. James gave us some great tips for the area.His house and farm are very big and beautiful and we had a very relaxing few days. The little town of villa de rei is only 10 min away. Great bush-walks with lovely cool waterfalls and places to swim are near by.Definitely can recommend James place to anyone.We hope to come back one day.

Erica and her husband were very nice! They even greeted our puppy 🐶 with some snacks. The house has every kitchen apparel for self sufficiency cooking. The pool is wonderful and all and all it was a week for recharging batteries in the heart of portugal! Will return again :)

A localização é espetacular. Ótimo para quem quiser apenas relaxar e apreciar a natureza, desde aproveitar o sol matinal com uma paisagem linda a apreciar o céu estrelado à noite. A casa tem todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável. Obrigado ao Francisco que esteve sempre disponível para o que fosse preciso.

As always, through out all the years , since 2018, when I started visiting the place, it remains my favourite spot in this part of beatuiful Portugal! Highly recommended!

Min familie og jeg havde en dejlig uge hos Denise og hendes datter. Lejligheden var dejlig lys og rummelig, med 3 gode værelser. Vi nød især haven, poolen og citrontræet. Det var nemt at køre ud til de mange smukke byer og vandreture.

Très beau logement, bien équipé. Bel environnement en pleine nature. Attention, des logements de vacances sont en construction aux alentours, occasionnant quelques nuisance sonores mais ça ne devrait pas durer. Hôte pas très réactif dans les échanges mais répond toujours aux messages au final. Je recommande.

Best Airbnb we have ever stayed at! Views and location were breathtaking. Eric’s Airbnb was extremely clean & had everything you could need. Eric was an amazing host who went above & beyond for us. Very proactive & helped out with any request we had, even when we needed to find a vet for my dog he was very responsive. The pool was incredible, hiking down to the lake & kayaking will be my favourite parts of our holiday. Already planned a trip for next year!!!

This place is amazing, the views are incredible, unfortunately the weather didn't allow is make use the pool whilst we were there but even without this we had 3 lovely relaxing nights here. Eric is friendly and helpful and we loved the visits from the dogs as we were missing our own at home. Casa zen is perfect for relaxing and winding down, the accommodation is spotless and the location is beautiful

Óptima estadia, casa espaçosa e bem localizada.

We love staying at Rita’s place the ‘Cat Hotel’. It is in the heart of Portugal and this guesthouse in the heart of Pedrogao Grande is the heart of Portugal. Lots of beautiful places to visit, river beaches, pizza or burgers by Barragem do Cabril or vegan/ vege tapas at Pashamumma. Highly recommended.

Such a beautiful and authentic Portuguese house, inside and outside, in a peaceful area. Even though we were only there for a short time, we were treated so well by Rosa and we left feeling completely relaxed. :)
