Charming Garden House Studio

Welcome to our new garden house studio, an accomodation for 2 during the warm weather months when heating is not required. Raw wooden beams meet vintage furniture and curtains, stained glass windows, plus there's a roomy bathroom with rain shower head, fully equipped eat-in kitchen with coffee, tea, homemade jam, spices, vinegar, oil, etc. The studio is opposite the main house which also has a separate FeWo and all is set in a 6,000 sq. m. woodland garden open for your use.

Small but nice, chic little studio for two

Welcome! A modern furnished, small studio awaits you on the upper ground floor of a two-family house. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: A capsule coffee maker, kettle, microwave, ceramic hob and fridge. The view overlooks our beautiful garden. Bicycles can be parked there. The car can be parked directly in front of the house. In 10 minutes you are by bike in the beautiful city center or in 15 minutes at the nearest lake. Not a central location!

Apartment near the river

This is a private apartment. The apartment has a kitchen with a sofa bed + TV and a bathroom with tub. Shortly the apartment will be expanded by a large room. Access to the apartment is separate. A parking space is available. The property has a peripheral location near the Havel. A boat or kayak is available for tours. Other possibilities of activity: Fish guiding tours, guitar studio, riding stables, children's riding, cycling and hiking trails. Shopping 2km

"Vintage Love" - near by old town lake & cathedral

In einem schönen Altbau von ca. 1880 am Rande der Altstadt von Brandenburg an der Havel erwartet Sie eine gemütliche 1-Raum Wohnung (inkl. geräumiger Küche und funktionalem Bad). Ruhig gelegen und doch ganz nah an der Altstadt und am Beetzsee: also perfekt für Aktivurlauber und Städtereisende. Aufgrund der Ausstattung, die keine Wünsche übrig lässt, ist dieses Appartment genauso für digitale Nomaden sowie als Gast-Wohnung bei längeren Aufenthalten geeignet.

Vacation home incl. hot tub evening in Fläming

Rural location in the small village of Grebs im Hohen Fläming 45 minutes south-west of Berlin. The large communal garden offers enough space to relax. Our newly renovated apartment on the second floor invites you to linger in a modern style. We also offer a pick-up service by arrangement (up to 20 km radius) for an extra charge. We also have a pool and whirlpool (covered outside) and it is included. Please contact us beforehand. 😊

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Farm loft

This, our total of three apartments, is also located on the upper floor of our farmhouse located in the middle of the village. It is a deliberately open space with a kitchen, wardrobe, reading corner, a double and a single bed, bathtub and a large table in the center. Only the toilet is separated inside the apartment. Like the beautiful Havelland, this apartment has one or two surprises to offer. Will you discover them?

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Apartment, Projekthof Mannaz, Nature, Hofsauna

Accommodation of the star park. Our 1-room apartment is located in a converted barn on our Mannaz project farm. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a 140x200 bed, a dining area for two people and a private lovingly designed bathroom. "Alte Schule Wittenberg" - Classroom

Built around 300 years ago, the schoolhouse was extensively renovated and lovingly furnished by 2022. Individual accents make up the charm of the "Old School" and ensure a special feel-good atmosphere. The historical character of the house is reflected in small details and meets a modern and upscale interior.
