A 3 minute golf cart drive away from our three gorgeous beach's with tennis, squash, swimming pools and slides for the children being just a few of the activities available. A lovely thatched two bedroom cottage in a tranquil one and a half acre garden in Salt Rock. Beautifully furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchen. SMEG oven, washer/tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Walk out the sitting room onto a lovely patio which is situated on the steps of a large pool. Only 2kms to the beach and very close to Sage, Litchi Orchard and Tiffany's Shopping Centre and the new Salt Rock City. Children love running around the large garden and of course the pool.

It was digging

A unique, spacious and stylish home, with a large open plan lounge, dining, kitchen and bar area. Sit back and relax in the back garden with large pool and fit pit. Three bedrooms are located on the same level as the open plan area, with one loft bedroom up the stairs over looking the lounge area. Two bedrooms have king size beds, both with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom on the ground floor has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the loft room. Suitable for 4 adults and 4 children.

Located in a peaceful part of Prince's Grant with magnificent views over lagoon and Indian Ocean. The house is designed to enjoy this view with folding windows and patios, which allows through flow of air to keep the house cool in summer. Private swimming pool in the enclosed garden area. Air conditioning in the open plan living area. All bedrooms are ensuite with showers. The master bedroom also has a bath. There is a guest toilet. The house has both gas and charcoal braais on the dining patio.
