A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.

Spacious 1BD/1BA Near Union Mkt

A newly renovated and furnished 1BR 1BA English basement apartment. We have a parking space the guest can use. Our place is very conveniently located for tourists (15 min walk to two metro stations, 5 min drive to the Mall, a block away from Capital Bikeshare) and for those familiar with DC (sandwiched between the trendy Union Market and H Street Corridor). Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are both <8 min walk from our place as well. We are located in a very quiet residential street.
