You’ll be located in a residential neighborhood that showcases the diversity that Washington D.C has become known for. Enjoy hanging out in the outdoor terrace after a long day of sightseeing, put your favorite movie on one of the 4 flat-panel smartTVs found in the house, or order some take-out with the Amazon Echo while listening to your favorite music. You'll walk in and immediately feel the spaciousness of the open floor plan here, with a direct view of the floor to ceiling entertainment center and bookshelf for you to peruse if so inclined as part of the living room area. You'll be able to catch the local news on the cable provided, or your favorite Netflix original. This level has a half-bath for you housed in the floor-to-ceiling center, as well as extra storage in the first-floor closet found here off the living room. Walk through toward the back of the house and you'll find the updated kitchen which includes a large kitchen island with 3 bar stools, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, including dishwasher, refrigerator, gas range, and microwave, and is fully stocked with essentials including cookware, dishware, and utensils. Between the living room and kitchen is the dining area with seating enough for your entire group or family. Enjoy a quick breakfast or an espresso before visiting DC’s landmarks, or enjoy a dinner prepared in the fully-stocked kitchen. There is a small deck off of the back of house and terrace with seating for getting some fresh air on a nice day. Your friends and family will rest in comfort in the 3 bedrooms on the second-level of the home. The Master bedroom is fitted with a queen bed, closets, and an en suite bathroom equipped with oversized Jacuzzi tub and shower with handheld showerhead. The second and third bedroom also have queen beds for four additional guests. There is a small balcony off the third/back bedroom for you to spread out and take in some fresh air. A second full bathroom is available between the bedrooms and includes a Jacuzzi tub as well for everyone's ultimate relaxation. All of the beds are fitted with sheets and thick, plush comforters to provide peaceful rest for everyone. For your convenience, high-speed Wi-Fi is available free-of-charge so you can connect with your friends and family at home, or keep up with your work emails. The home also comes with one visitor pass for street parking should you happen to be bringing your own vehicle. Guests can access the entire first and second levels of this town home, as well as outdoor space off the back of the house. Garbage and recycling bins are available beyond the back fence in the alley. I'm only a message away using the Airbnb app! The H Street corridor is a trendy neighborhood featuring many eclectic bars, independent restaurants, and boutique shops. Just steps from Union Station and the Metro, trips to the National Mall and other D.C. landmarks is both easy and convenient. Union station is the closest metro stop within walking distance. It houses the WMATA, as well as MARC train and Amtrak rail. Plenty of cabs available there as well, or relax and catch an Uber from the home. There are Capital bikeshare stations scattered throughout the city should you want to explore the city this way. Paper products such as paper towels and toilet paper will be refreshed and provided to you prior to your arrival, but you will be responsible for replenishing should you run out during your stay and need more.

Easy access to I-95. Ample on-street parking. The Dog House has stairs to access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Location is inappropriate for toddlers.

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
