The half-timbered courtyard was lovingly renovated in 2023 and has 5 stylish apartments. It is located on a quiet street in the island town of Malchow, 50 meters from a beautiful jetty, so the lake landscape is right outside the front door. Our courtyard is the heart and meeting place for our guests. Here and in the beautiful garden you can relax, barbecue, play table tennis. In 800 m you are at the harbor with a swing bridge and many good restaurants, boat and bike rentals.

The ideal apartment for large families, groups of friends, seminars. Enjoy a great view from one of your two spacious balconies on the first floor or the additional balcony in the attic. Two bedrooms with king size double bed, one children's room with two bunk beds, two shower bathrooms and two living rooms with sofa bed. Bright, light-flooded, lovingly designed spaces. Potsdam with all attractions, such as Sanssouci and many other castles and parks is only 10 km away and can be reached quickly via the Havel cycle path or by public transport, if you want to do without a car. In the immediate vicinity (about 10 km) is the "Märkische Golfclub Potsdam" and a riding stable.

Since July 2018, we have 5 cozy apartments for 2 adults and children each. We welcome guests from all over the world! Stunning views over the Beetzsee, access to the in-house beach and a boat mooring, a 5 minute walk from the holiday property. On the 4000 sqm fenced holiday grounds you will find a playground to romp and a sauna to relax. Rowing boat on request. Tents on the holiday grounds are also possible by arrangement.

In the residence at Holstentor you can experience Lübeck up close. In our modern apartments, we offer direct views of the Untertrave and the Holstentor. Start your morning with a fresh Nespresso and experience the UNESCO World Heritage Site by bike, on foot or with great city tours. Our riverside house is located on the historic, listed island of Werder. From here, numerous and diverse excursion destinations can be reached on foot, by bike, by boat or by car. Berlin and Potsdam are practically at your doorstep. The island itself invites you to take beautiful walks in the countryside, on the water or through the village with its old alleys to linger in cozy cafes and restaurants.

Off to the Müritz - together with friends & family

Two decks above it all Owner-occupied apartments in a prime harbor location with unobstructed views of the Müritz with a wrap-around balcony - from sunrise to sunset, not a single ray of sunshine is lost. The beach is at your doorstep, rent a boat in the adjacent harbor, kayak through the lake landscape or go cycling in the Müritz National Park... a perfect "feel-good base."

In our fantastic apartments, in the middle of the valuable and species-rich Linum pond landscape, you will escape from everyday life.
