Hi , We welcome you to a nice 2-room apartment with a shaded balcony-terrace in a secure luxury residence with tennis courts and a large swimming pool. The residence is less than a 10-minute walk from the beaches, the heart of the village and the port of St-Mandrier from where a shuttle takes you to Toulon. The apartment has been completely refurbished. You will have a bedroom with a 160 double bed, a bathroom, a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting area and sofa bed.

In a quiet area, this traditional old fisherman's house can accommodate 6 people. Ideally located, 100 m from the center of the village (all shops) and the port (pier for Toulon and Porquerolles). A hiking trail at the very foot of the house will take you to a preserved beach dotted with wild coves. (5 beaches a stone's throw away)

Apartment 10 minutes from the beach

Nice apartment in a quiet residence in St Mandrier. In the residence is a petanque court, a small quiet corner with sea view chairs, a tennis court (paid access) and the large sunny pool. From the residence you can reach the beach and the port. Plenty of restaurants, snacks, pizzerias, a food truck, a convenience store and various shops are also very close to the residence. On the 3rd floor without elevator elevator (small stairs)

very good hospitality from Aain despite a late arrival nice cozy apartment

I thank Alban for his kindness and understanding. The place is great for spending a few days without using the car because everything is within walking distance. The apartment is spacious and well arranged. If I had to make a comment I would say that it's just missing a small microwave to complete the service😄. My parents were delighted and I hope they will renew the adventure! We look forward to welcoming you!

We had a great time with the family in this apartment. The accommodation is superb, very well-equipped, clean and tastefully decorated. The harbor views are just amazing, and the location is ideal for enjoying the area. Everything was perfectly as advertised, or even better! We leave with very good memories and would definitely come back. Thank you again for hosting us!
