Close to the Swiss customs of Bardonnex and 25 km from Annecy, our modern loft on the edge of the forest was created in 2025 on the ground floor of an old sawmill in which we occupy the floor. Very bright, it is independent, furnished and equipped. Ideal for a trial period in Geneva or a tourist stay. This industrial loft will offer you a quiet environment with a private terrace with no one opposite overlooking the forest and the mountain range of the Alps. Capacity: 2 adults

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, not overlooked, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel through the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a supplement on the stay of €10.

You will find calm there and you will feel at home.
