The bathroom also has the toilet. You benefit from a parking space as well as direct access to a terrace of 20 m² with views of nature.

A nearby fish farm as well as amenities (laundromat with laundry, Aldi, Lidl, Intermarché, city center, market...) and the via ferratta from the rock to Dade (5 km). Warning, mezzanine bed (claustrophobes should refrain: the mattress must not be moved from the mezzanine), height under mezzanine of 1.82 m (bathroom, kitchen worktop).
