The centre of Noirmoutier can be reached in 8 minutes by bike and 5 minutes by bus (free service in summer).

It consists of a living area and a bathroom on the ground floor with a total area of 30 m2 and a mezzanine of 10 m2. The sleeping area on the mezzanine is in the attic. Le Plessis à la plage is independent accommodation on the ground floor of a house located 200 m from the beach of La Source and Thalasso and 700 m from the old Port of Pornic. It was renovated in 2024, has a living room open to an equipped kitchen open to the living room with TV, 3 bedrooms, a patio and a courtyard with garden furniture. Clean & well-behaved pets welcome. The upper floor is occupied by a cottage for 4 people, well insulated and independent.
