A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

Tour Saint-Michel, gîte de charme

The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

This friendly and modern studio on the 1st floor , completely refurbished, will make you crack . As you can say "small but cute", indeed it is a one-room studio furnished with a 140x90 bed with good quality bedding. We've optimized the space as much as possible. The bathroom and toilet are separate. It is located 50 m from a bakery, in the city center of Chateau-Gontier. Parking is available on the street for free.

Group reunions to organize in a green setting? You've come to the right place at Domaine du Moulin de Margué! This renovated former mill allows you to meet in two adjoining cottages. The architecture combines old stones and contemporary style. Very bright, these cottages offer beautiful views of nature. Located 8 minutes from Château-Gontier, this magnificent building can accommodate up to 15 people.
