Monthly Rentals in Prassas

Insane villa in a small village in the outskirt of Heraklion (15min drive). The house have big volume, bedrooms are big and spacious, the swimming pool was bigger than we expected, every room and the living room have a separate A/C unit so each guest can be confortable at night. The house also have 3 big full bathroom which is very good if you're a big group. Upper balcony have a great view. The outside area by the pool have everything you need to enjoy the heat and sun, fridge, dishwasher, bar, dining table, a huge BBQ, it's a really pleasant and a good surprise. The closest beach in Karteros is far from any resort so not overcrowded (travel in September). We stay 10 days and it was a very pleasant and relaxing. Maria is really helpfull and welcoming, giving you tips about the surrounding.

Great place, comfortable for a couple and good location!

We felt comfortable with Giorgos and Evi right from the start. Despite the delay of our flight, the two of them were there late at night and calmly explained everything to us. The tiny house was very clean, functional and equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed ending the day on the atmospheric terrace or cooling off in the pool in between. Our landlords were always there for us and even brought us local desserts once. We can warmly recommend the place to anyone looking for a place to stay near Heraklion.
