Aírton and Mrs. Sirlei were very flexible with check-in and check-out. The apartment is fantastic, a beautiful view. It has two great parking spaces, including a truck, and it is not necessary to take the car out for anything. If I had to give a score, it wouldn't be 10, it would be 11. the apartment is AMAZING... the view is SPECTACULAR!!! the impression you get... is that you are inside the sea!!! the apartment is spacious and well ventilated, the kitchen is equipped with everything we need to have a great stay, everything is very clean. Manoela is super sweet and responds to everything very quickly! Mrs. Márcia showed and explained everything very well, and if I had any questions... Manoela promptly answered me. only the garage is really small, as they said in the listing... but my husband managed to put our Tracker in it. We had great flexibility for check-in and check-out! It was an incredible time... the spectacle of being on the balcony, watching the beautiful sunrise... it's magnificent!!!! Although looking at that sky at any time... that Mars... it was always so beautiful!!! Anyway... it was a very special time that will stay forever in our memory and in our photos and videos!!!! super recommended and for sure... as soon as we have the opportunity, we'll be back!!!!

The stay in the apartment was great, the air is only in the living room but it leaves everything super cold, the house very functional and fits up to 5 people, in addition to being 1 block of the beach is close to everything but maintains the silence for not being stuck in the center of capão. Lidiane was very receptable and responded extremely fast, in addition to being very flexible with check-in and checkout times. The only negative point that does not have a washer / dryer or tank to wash the laundry, I found it bad if you spend more days or have more people in the apartment, but everything met expectations!

Very good place, good location. Even with rain, we were able to enjoy the place, as it had a heated swimming pool, a movie room and among others. We will return for sure.

We really enjoyed staying at Solange's apartment and we plan to return! Jana, who welcomed us, is a lovely person and gave us all the instructions we needed! The apartment matched the description exactly and we were reasonably prepared with “basic items,” as the listing was clear in that regard that there were none, but as a suggestion, there could be a dish towel and a floor cleaning cloth (those I forgot🤭😂). We missed having an electric kettle, but the milk jug worked. We didn't find the air conditioning control in the double room, but it wasn't necessary, the temperature was mild! The shower in the guest bathroom, according to my children, did not work, but the one in the en-suite was wonderful and with the stairs, the other was not needed at all. Great nights of sleep, great bed and pillows, dark room (I love it) and the silence is absurd! As for the building, well located, beautiful, always clean, friendly residents and the terrace, great (swimming pool is not heated).
