Wonderful stay!!! Adriano and his wife were very welcoming, as was Elisa, the girl who helped us before check-in! Everything was impeccable, the cleanliness, organization, Adriano's concern for our stay! It was really worth it!!! Everything was clean and organized, we took care of it as if it were ours, because we could see the affection and care they had for us to have a good experience! We are already looking forward to our next trip, and we will definitely look for Adriano again!

The condominium offers many options, the house is spacious and accommodated everyone well. The showers have poor contact, when you turn one on the other turns on automatically. In the kitchen, we felt the lack of a bread knife and also a meal knife. There were 8 of us and there were 7. There was a room where the lamp was burned out, but it was quickly resolved with the help of the doormen, who were very helpful and kind. I recommend it for large groups (8 people and also for families with children). The beach is very beautiful too. We recommend it.

Excellent value for money, very nice apartment, extremely satisfactory stay. The only negative point is that it does not have sheets, pillowcases and towels for the accommodation.

Literally the best Airbnb I've ever been to in my life. I felt completely at home. Luis was not in Floripa but he left everything right with an explanatory video of how we would enter the apartment and made available together with Andrea his assistance that is pure sympathy, we feel at home, apartment with its suites plus one bathroom we were very comfortable, wide balcony, well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, large refrigerator, laundry with lava and drought we do not need to use but there is a very comfortable apartment all new, there is a sea block, with restaurants, cafeterias and nearby markets, a fantastic heated pool on the last floor, it was very worth our stay,thanks.

It was a pleasure to stay in Sergio Roberto's apartment. He fulfilled all my requests and was very polite and attentive. The location is perfect. It is located in the most upscale neighborhood of Florianopolis, super safe and wonderful. The apartment is located in a beautiful resort, right on the sand. Highly recommended!
