The house to disengage, in simplicity, refreshing. It is very well equipped with dishes, linens, we have the impression of arriving at friends who have left everything available. The big plus is this beautiful beach 2 steps away . It just went too fast

Great location, beautiful terrace, & great host! Patrice was super friendly & let us check in early which was great. She also was proactive to send pics of how to get to the Airbnb in advance which made finding the location much easier. We also really appreciated the washer and dryer. Highly recommend this place! Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! Stayed here with my mate for a couple days. Really good location if you are planning to spend a lot of time in new town. Also a stones throw away from the beach. Plenty of food options near by in all directions. The places has all amenities you can think of and a TV with Netflix already loaded up. Comfortable beds and a nice balcony.

Really lovely apartment. Very clean and well stocked… had everything you could need. The view from the balcony is fab, so relaxing to sit there listening to the lapping of the waves. Jose and Diogo were very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some quiet time out.

The location of this home is unbeatable. Literally next to the beach, but you feel private the entire time. We appreciated all of the different sections of the outdoor space— especially the bar stools by the balcony to watch the dogs on the beach and the full al fresco kitchen! So much to do nearby and we highly recommend as an ideal spot for anyone visiting the Algarve. Thank you!

Looks exactly like the pictures except bigger. The place is surprisingly large when you include the bedroom upstairs and the space downstairs - plenty of room for a large family. Everything worked including the hot water: plenty of water pressure. Air conditioner and washing machine in good condition and easy to use. Some of the furniture is beginning to show its age. Driveway is very narrow and the street is a little busy so be careful parking. Any reasonable car will fit, but your Ford F-150 will end up parked in the street.

This was a little piece of paradise on the Algarve Coast. It was a well positioned, spacious apartment that was quite private even though it opened on to a lovely grassy area and pool that was available to other guests. The little beach with a cafe between sandstone/limestone cliffs was picturesque. A lovely accessible cliff walk took you to larger beaches and lots of restaurants near the old town of Albufeira. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

We were Michael’s first guests of this new airbnb and the listing was perfectly described as in the pictures and description! Michael was always responsive and alert to my messages when we needed help - he even offered to meet us to help us check in, though it wasn’t needed! Beautiful studio with all the amenities you could possibly need! Location was ideal too, with only a five minute walk to lidl. And a 15 minute walk to the nearest beach, also a brunch spot nearby ‘harmony’ only 13 minutes away from this location. Ubers were very accessible too when going out of town. Would definitely return here if we were to visit again! ☺️

It was wonderful. I'd love to come back. Totally good location for exploring the Algarve. A beautiful beach nearby. Apartment well equipped. A large supermarket is not within walking distance, so plan a car or Bolt. Everything straightforward and easy. Thank you for the wonderful time 🌞

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

We arrived late after our flight was delayed and Rui was there waiting to check us in and show us around. Apartment in lovely location close to shops, restaurants and beach. We were there with 2 small kids and had great time. Rui was in contact during the week to make sure all was ok and very quick to reply to any questions. Had a fabulous week here would highly recommend.

Casa de Bandeira is one of the best Airbnb's I have stayed at. Didn't really know what to expect from Albufeira and it is a bit "lively" with bars etc. in town but this place is a complete oasis. Totally near enough for an easy walk to varied bars and restaurants in five minutes, but very quiet once inside. I'm sure it's easy enough to drive or Uber to supermarkets but there is a Spar a five minute walk away which is small but generally well stocked for convenience. The villa is just beautiful, spotless on arrival and cleaned every other day. Comfortable beds, nice linen and towels. Bathrobes and slippers provided. It is really spacious and you definitely do not feel on top of each other. The absolute piece de resistance though is the rooftop. Equipped with a small fridge, shower and toilet, it is an amazing place to spend the day and/or evening. Originally we decided not to heat the pool (May) but once we decided to do so, we spent hours in there. Thank you so much, we will be back!

Our stay was AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described and was a perfect place for us to relax. As you can see in the photos, it's a 2 story and the deck space is amazing. Loved the layout, the close proximity to the beach, and all the restaurants in the area. We had a car and really appreciated the underground parking as well. Ana was phenomenal with her communication and check-in was very simple. In fact, Ana was incredible with her communication leading up to and during our stay. We were 2 couples and this was a great setup for us. 100% would recommend this apartment, and would love to stay again! Our 3 days in Portimao were super relaxing, which was exactly what we were looking for.

The apartment was exactly as pictured—modern, clean, and comfortable with beautiful views. The location was walkable, which made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. We appreciated the responsiveness of the host and the thoughtful welcome gift—it was a lovely touch! The recommendations provided were appreciated. That said, there were a couple of things that could be improved. Directions to the apartment were a bit tricky to follow, and the 6 PM check-in time felt quite late compared to my experiences over 8 years of staying in Airbnbs around the world. We were surprised to find that some necessities weren’t provided. For a 3-night stay with 4 guests, only 4 coffee pods and a few mismatched tea bags were available, which seemed more like leftovers than intentional provisions. There were also no paper towels or basic cooking staples (beyond salt and pepper). Overall, we had a pleasant stay, but a few small improvements could make the experience even better.

In a word. Spectacular. Every detail of Persia's home was well thought out. You walk inside and instantly are taken away into a wonderful retreat. We had an amazing time. We spent some evenings walking the boardwalk, eating at nice restaurants and chatting with the locals. Our stay also afforded us time to explore the southern coast of Portugal. The caves of Benagil. Bucket list item. And only a short drive away. We shopped at Aldi. Even brought our own Aldi bag from the states. (Pro-tip: get the fresh-made Aldi bread. Thank us later.) Some reviews reference the bar across the street. It didn't bother us at all. Some noise, but nothing over the top. After a busy day sight-seeing, we fell into the comfortable bed and never had any trouble falling asleep. Great bathroom and closet storage setup. We've stayed in Airbnb's all over the world, and this one is easily at the top of the list. Book Persia's place now!

Likely the best location in Algarve if you are looking for a quiet stay. Apartment is nice, clean, well located, nice balcony, Kitchen is well equipped. We were expecting something upscale and trendy but it was a bit dated, however it is still very nice and very much above average. We could easily have spent 2-3 weeks here ! Armacao de Pera is often an overlooked beach city for a stay. It is quiet VERY quiet (except dog barking), everything closes around 10PM. But you still can get ice cream and a cold beer at Gelatos upto mid-night. Then if you need wild animation Arbufeira and Portimao are within 15 min ride. (Uber cost only 12-15 euro to get backhome). Then the best part is the beach : right in front of the apartment. It is the best soft sand beach in the area and its temperature is above the coast's average. We LOVED this place.

Our stay in this immaculate two bedroom apartment with two bathrooms and a huge wrap around balcony with great views was great. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It’s a stones through from Apolónia and a 15 min walk to the beach where there are some great restaurants. The host was always friendly and responsive and immediately resolved any issues we had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone!

The villa was nicely kept and furnished and they provided a baby crib and high chair no problem for us. Miguel was a pleasure to deal with on check in and check out. View of the beach and ocean is lovely in an evening

I had a fantastic stay at this spacious and comfortable apartment near the beach. It was beautifully appointed, spotless, and had everything I needed — from a well-equipped kitchen to comfy furnishings that made it feel like home. One of the things I appreciated most was how quiet the apartment was. Despite being just a short walk to the beach and grocery, and restaurants. It was tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. It’s also just far enough from the hustle and bustle of the historic downtown to avoid the noise and crowds, but still very walkable if you want to explore and a 10 min Bolt ride into the historic square. The hosts were absolutely wonderful — incredibly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely cared about making my stay great. Also, loved their book of recommendations for restaurants and things to do. I did it all. Highly recommend this place and would absolutely stay again!
