The place is super cozy, exactly as shown in the photos, and has easy access to Manguinhos Beach and Porto da Barra. The only thing we missed was the microwave, but we already knew that before we booked. The neighborhood is very quiet and fully met our expectations.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which made our tours and meals much easier. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent service of the hostess and owner, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. He demonstrated great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and making the check-out time more flexible, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at the next opportunity!

The house is beautiful. You need to rent a car to get there because it's a bit far from downtown. The truth is that Tati is the person who made our stay perfect! She made sure everything was fine from the beginning and cooked spectacular meals for us during our vacation! (Typical foods are their specialty!). His kindness and willingness make it perfect to be there! As a recommendation apart from the house; I think it's important to renew the bedding and especially the pillows (there were few and in poor condition). There is also a lack of bath and pool towels, which becomes uncomfortable on long stays. We had no communication with Wania either at check-in or at check-out; but it wasn't necessary because Tati and her husband took care of everything! Just thank Tati for making our vacation wonderful!

The apartment is excellent. The area is unbeatable, just steps from the pedestrian area. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, to everything on foot. The apartment is very comfortable, both to sleep, cook, bathe, be outside, everything is a 10. I would come back for more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. The stay at the yellow house was great! The host, Sueli, welcomed us with affection and attention. The house is airy, clean, comfortable, equipped and well decorated, which makes for a quiet and comfortable stay. It is about 15 minutes - by car - from Rua das Pedras, and the neighborhood seemed quiet, with no complications during our stay. We intend to return again, on sunnier days than those in May, to better enjoy the pool area, which is also a delight.

My family and I had an excellent experience at Daniela's house. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, beautiful, very well located and is in a nice and beautiful condominium. Daniela always answered our questions quickly and was willing to help us always. The maid is a plus that made the trip much better. I intend to return other times and strongly recommend Daniela's house to those who want to relax and enjoy a trip to Búzios.

Beautiful house, all clean and with an incredible look. The fact that it has 5 suites is great, as it brings comfort and privacy to guests, as well as being well-equipped and having breathtaking views. The outdoor area is just like the photos, with a pool-beach, functional furniture and a barbecue with all the skewers and grills. Apart from the infrastructure, Bruno was a great host, always proactive and available in case of questions. The employee Lindaci is a sweetheart. I hope to come back more often.

My stay was 10/10, I give it a thousand stars Economic value, many plants, everything is very clean (that stood out) the amenities such as water, coffee, salt, sugar made the difference, comfort paper, soap and towels. Very quiet area and the best thing is that it is well located, the center is close, places to buy food, meat, etc. The hosts were very friendly in everything! Excellent furnishings, two bedrooms with a full bathroom and a beautiful terrace with a hammock and deck chairs that we use daily. Beto was very kind, we will definitely be staying again!

The apartment is excellent, you can get to store the car in the garage and simply walk to the beach from the fortress to the restaurants, only remove the car to go to the long beaches.
