Very well located, 150 meters from the beach and 1300 meters from Rua das Pedras. Near the condominium there is a pharmacy, restaurants, a small supermarket and a great snack bar (Sukão) easily accessible at 60 meters. In case of a larger number of people (6 to 8 people), one more en-suite is also available, for a payment of 400 reais per day. All rooms have TV and air-conditioning.
