I can say that we felt at home. Everything that was advertised was in agreement. The apartment is great, everything is very clean, it has everything we need in the kitchen, bed linen, bath. It has beach chairs and umbrellas. Bedroom closet and dresser that fits all the clothes we brought. A delightful balcony overlooking the main avenue. All shops nearby and the beach a step away from the apartment. The building staff always request, giving all the information we want with courtesy and promptness. As for Michele, a lovely hostess, concerned with our well-being, always asking if we needed anything. I highly recommend it, everything was perfect. We thank Michele for all the attention. We'll be back soon.

Great location. The most central of Praia do Forte. Good rooms, one with a balcony and a side view of the sea. Good internet. Good kitchen. Easy garage to get in and out. From 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., another entrance even closer to the beach is available, just call the entrance.

We had a great experience! The host, André, was extremely kind and attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. Even before check-in, he responded quickly to our questions with great courtesy and availability. Throughout the stay, he was always helpful, which made us feel very comfortable. The apartment is impeccable: clean, very well decorated and with a cozy atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The kitchen is complete and equipped with all the utensils we needed, the bathroom is spacious, and the linens were clean and fragrant. The location is excellent — practically in front of Praia das Dunas, with easy access to restaurants and the charming neighborhood of Passagem, about 10 minutes away by car. As a differential, we also found a record player with a selection of vinyls, which brought a special charm to our days there. I will definitely come back other times whenever I want to enjoy Cabo Frio in comfort and tranquility.

The apartment exceeded our expectations! Very well located, in front of Praia do Forte, with easy access to other beaches and several restaurants, which made our tours and meals much easier. The property is spacious, well furnished and perfectly met our needs throughout the stay. I would also like to highlight the excellent service of the hostess and owner, who was extremely attentive and helpful from the beginning. He demonstrated great proactivity and partnership by kindly anticipating our check-in and making the check-out time more flexible, which made all the difference for our trip. I highly recommend the stay and we will certainly return at the next opportunity!

Denise and Roberto are great hosts. Home as a listing. Very well located, clean and spacious. One of the best we ever stayed. The townhouse served very well, and there was plenty of room left, for 8 adults, 2 children and a pet. Flexible, proactive hosts, quick replies, and clear instructions. We will return more often. The house is beautiful. You need to rent a car to get there because it's a bit far from downtown. The truth is that Tati is the person who made our stay perfect! She made sure everything was fine from the beginning and cooked spectacular meals for us during our vacation! (Typical foods are their specialty!). His kindness and willingness make it perfect to be there! As a recommendation apart from the house; I think it's important to renew the bedding and especially the pillows (there were few and in poor condition). There is also a lack of bath and pool towels, which becomes uncomfortable on long stays. We had no communication with Wania either at check-in or at check-out; but it wasn't necessary because Tati and her husband took care of everything! Just thank Tati for making our vacation wonderful!

The stay was great. The house is beautiful, well decorated and directly faces the beach, which is wonderful. Everything was very clean and with very good linens as well as towels and dishes. Clara, always very kind, answering all our questions and attending to everything promptly and with great kindness. Kandida was of unparalleled kindness, welcomed us very warmly and helped us a lot as well as her whole family. They are wonderful and we are very grateful to them. My family loved the stay. We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had an amazing stay here. The house is beautiful with many rooms and places to hang out. We loved the views of the ocean and ability to walk out onto the beach. The house is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but only a few minute walk to downtown so you get the best of both worlds. The kitchen was also fully equipped which we really enjoyed. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great penthouse near Dunas beach. The host Laurent gave us good tips and Adriana welcomed us very well, showed the whole apartment and guided us with everything. Paulo, the janitor of the condominium also very helpful. Great place to spend a few days with family. I recommend it too much.

Not to mention that it is very close to the best entrance to the beach, if you feel like going to the bathroom or getting something from the apartment, it's very quick! Another positive point: it faces the fair with good food and fun for children at night. Good restaurants and markets nearby. Market for quick shopping in front of the apartment. The apartment's balcony makes it well ventilated, bright and comfortable. Finally, we had a great experience with the apartment and Ceiça's availability. It's worth the investment for everything the apartment offers.
