Lugar lindo ! Cobertura de luxo, vista linda, decoração do apartamento de primeira, em destaque as roupas de cama que estava impecável e em todos os banheiros com sabonete líquido,shampoo e condicionador de qualidade. Uma varanda com churrasqueira com uma vista difícil de descrever de tão linda é uma Adega repleta de vinhos de alta qualidade. Outro ponto especial foi a receptividade da Anfitriã Yasmim e seu esposo que foi excelente aonde nos apresentou todo o apartamento. Com certeza quando eu voltar a Guarapari ficarei lá novamente

Apartamento novo, totalmente equipado, super confortável, me senti em casa. À Laudiceia, que foi nossa anfitriã, muito atenciosa e sempre preocupada se tudo estava correndo bem. Portaria 24h, super seguro, supermercados, lojas, farmácia, restaurantes, lanchonetes tudo próximo.

O apartamento está em perfeito estado de conservação (pintura de paredes e teto de gesso impecáveis), tranca eletrônica na porta. São 3 quartos (2 são suíte) muito espaçosos e confortáveis. Os banheiros estão em bom estado, o apartamento conta com aquecedor a gás, funcionando perfeitamente. A portaria do prédio é 24h e de fácil acesso, o prédio possui lava pés no térreo (pois é próximo da praia). Com certeza locarei novamente ao ir para Guarapari.

Excelente acomodação, superou as expectativas. Ótima área de churrasco, vista para o mar, cozinha completa. Andre sempre respondendo rapidamente nossas dúvidas. Muito bem localizado, nem tiramos o carro da garagem. Com certeza recomendo.

Adorei o lugar , os meninos foram muito atenciosos e gentis. Apartamento de frente para o mar,com todos os itens disponíveis. Com certeza em um futuro próximo pretendo voltar.

The apartment is delightful, cozy and very nicely decorated. I felt at home all the time. It has everything you need, all the best, and it was clean and organized. Neto is very polite and cordial. I'd come back a thousand times!!

Jussara é uma excelente anfitriã, super prestativa e uma ótima educação. O apartamento é excelente, com bastante espaço, bem arejado, eletrodomésticos e eletrônicos a disposição, tudo muito limpo, organizado e o principal é muito bem localizado, perto de tudo. Super recomendo, voltarei com minha família com certeza.

Great place to stay - Maria was extremely responsive and helpful, and went out of her way to arrange a taxi for us back to Vitoria airport. Her parents were also extremely welcoming and everything went very smoothly throughout. Very comfy rooms and great facilities! We highly recommend Maria's place to anyone wishing to stay in the area :)

Pleasant, receptive, family atmosphere. The house is very nice, well equipped, clean bed and bath linens. Wonderful reception, I highly recommend it!

We were in a group of 15 people in the house and it met our expectations. Privacy to have a barbecue and socialize after the beach, close to everything we need (supermarket, produce market, pharmacy, beverage distributor), in addition to being close to a busy square with toys. As we were with children, the yard, trampoline and toys that are already in the house were extremely valid. We loved the stay and only have compliments to the hosts, who were always kind, proactive and available. Photos depict the location exactly. Nothing but praise and the certainty that we will be back soon!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We look forward to returning soon!

We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!
