great house! is very worth a lot. I only recommend that you use a car because it is more comfortable to get out of the house and go to the beaches, to the center etc. but this is normal in Paraty itself. Uber may be difficult to achieve and even quite expensive eventually. but the house is perfect

The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it has all the necessary amenities and is wonderful! The surroundings are very quiet, with no noise and plenty of nature around. Letícia is very kind, gave us tips for sightseeing and was always available to help, there was a cake and fruit when we arrived at the house, she was flexible at check-in and check-out. We will definitely be back another time! Thank you!

Wonderful place with private beach. A place to disconnect from the daytime madness for a while. Well-equipped house and a boatman who takes you to the special places of the region. You only have to remember to take everything because there are no shops or paderias, but also not to take too much, because it has to have space on the boat. It's well worth it!

Maria Beatriz was a wonderful host, very helpful and willing to assist us quickly. The house is amazing, we really feel close to nature and disconnected from the city. In spite of the rain we caught, it was possible to rest a lot (especially with the sound of the river passing well near the house). Loved the stay, highly recommend it!

Romain's house is beautiful and the location is excellent, the walk is really very short, from the parking lot indicated to the house it is a 5-minute walk through a very quiet passage, a small part of it is on the sand and a good part of it is on cement. It is a very large house, the rooms are separate from the social area, this makes it very easy in everyday life, if someone wants to sleep earlier, the rest can continue talking and having fun without disturbing. There is a small beach down the deck of the house and it was quite empty the days I was in the house. Be sure to visit Praia das Bicas, simply sensational and you can walk, a little longer, but nothing too much. Gal, who welcomed us, was always available and helped us with what we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this magical place. It’s basic and an escape from modern life - don’t expect modern luxuries but it’s perfectly comfortable and we loved being there. We were lucky enough to see turtles, monkeys and a wide array of birds while there and the views of the ocean and surrounding islands are stunning. Claudia (the housekeeper) is helpful and a good cook, and we made the easy journey to Paraty one night for dinner with thanks to the boat service available. The hosts were very responsive and helpful with the information provided.

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Mel’s place. The home is beautiful and we had a very relaxing time. The kitchen is well stocked and we were able to make our own juices using the blender. We did walk to the beach which is a 35 minutes descent and a more challenging ascent back but feasible. The waterfalls were a fun adventure and close to the house. Mel was very responsive and helpful. The bath was a great feature and we also enjoyed laying in the hammocks!

Julie’s place was amazing with terrific walkability. Julie was flexible with our changing plans and provided prompt and excellent communication. The house looked like the pictures and was very clean.

Good location in relation to Paraty and its old town. Breathtaking bay views. Good overall comfort. Recommended.

The place is simply fascinating, hearing the sound of the water when you sleep and wake up is splendid. A breathtaking view and always with Jonathan's help, it was possible to get to know several special places in Paraty that we didn't know before. The only problem is having to leave this paradise

Awesome indoor outdoor house in the historic district!

The house is wonderful, it accommodated everyone very well. The kitchen has everything you need to serve meals, the only thing missing was a microwave. Rooms, beds and leisure and rest areas were all great The architecture and decor are amazing for those who appreciate it.

I went alone with my dogs and had already been to Paraty other times and by far this was one of the most incredible experiences we had. Access to the island is by “taxi boat” and I had no problems with availability or schedules, including the crossing at night, if scheduled in advance. We were welcomed by Aline, who was always very attentive and careful. The house itself is very cozy, clean, well maintained, and well equipped. All of this is surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. I would only be careful with food, especially sweets, because of the ants. On the island we visited 3 beaches, and Brava beach was the one we liked the most, which is about 30 minutes away on an easy-level trail. Not to mention the local people, who were very welcoming and kind. Thank you!!

What an experience! Me and my friends had an amazing stay! The house is very well equipped, comfortable and in a place that there are no words to describe so beautiful and special. It requires a prior organization because it is on a secluded beach, but Míriam's guidelines were clear what allowed us to enjoy without any problems. We will definitely return!

The Studio is complete and accommodated us very well in 4 people. The Village is stunning and having what to do within the accommodation itself was one of the greatest advantages of the trip. We went on the Carnival holiday and even though we could not enjoy much because we were not so close to the city, the route was no problem, because in 15 20 minutes we were in the center. The whole team served us very well, always clarifying doubts and fulfilling our requests, we want to come back more often for sure. Overall the accommodation was perfect, well worth it!!

The place is very cozy, with quality finishes and very comfortable beds. The view is a separate show! Sabrina is very attentive and kind in communication. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to return soon!

It was me ,husband and son😊 We arrived before the time and the Maicon(Renata's husband) received us very sympathetic. To arrive at home,he took us by boat(in less than 1 minute rs) but also possible on the trail walking for (8 minutes approx)The beauty of the place swear,not described by the photos!The house was built literally on top of the rocks.Dorm and wake up listening to the sound of the sea so close to the therapeutic one.A balcony and huge deck with lots of sun and stairs for simply a dip in the natural aquarium with several species of fish , Yesmmmm the backyard is the sea🤩We had the luck of clear nights and the moon was a spectacular part of 🙏🏼Everything very clean,in the house has everything you need to have days of peace and comfort.Ahhh without mentioning the accessibility for walks on the famous islands of the region(Island of cabbages and pigs)Including I would like to make the tour of the Island of the pigs with the Maicon ,and to close Picinguaba is 36 km from Paraty,we enjoy the night of là reco, we😊 will soon return🙏

Renata & Colin are discreet, helpful and nature-loving. The place is beautiful, in the middle of the forest, and a delicious house. Espaçosa, well-equipped, good shower, warm and big and tasty bed. The balcony takes all the side of the house and you can spend hours enjoying the nature, the birds and the noise of the waterfall. The family of monkeys is a grace to part, every single day comes to keep company in search of bananas. We take your hand and watch you. The waterfall trails are easy and delicious taking you to various points of the river, with wells to bathe. We loved every moment in Paraty and Renata and Colin's house made it even more special! ❤️
