A casa foi remodelada recentemente e ampliada com uma construção moderna e de design desfrutando da vista e da envolvente . Vê-se desde o topo da Serra de Sintra, ao Guincho ao Cabo Espichel. A dois passos dos percursos pedestres da Serra de Sintra e dos seus monumentos e junto de bons restaurantes , de cafés com bom ambiente , a pequena aldeia tem supermercado e farmácia para sua tranquilidade. Os hóspedes têm à sua disposição uma casa com 2 quartos, sala e cozinha, totalmente privativa e acesso a um grande jardim com uma piscina infinita onde podem desfrutar da maravilhosa vista. Moro na propriedade e estou disponível para partilhar histórias e informações sobre a região. Adoro ciclismo e conheço a Serra como a palma da minha mão. Posso partilhar os segredos da serra e aconselhar os melhores restaurantes da região. Malveira da Serra, aldeia pitoresca junto a Cascais e Lisboa (20 min), com percursos pedestres na Serra de Sintra e seus monumentos. A Praia do Guincho e as suas dunas selvagens com a sua beleza única, são um paraíso para o Surf/Kite-surf/Windsurf. Aconselho o uso de carro próprio.

Este brilhante apartamento com 1 quarto , localiza-se num condomínio pacato rodeado de jardins. Fica a 1km da praia de Carcavelos e a 100 metros da Universidade Nova de Carcavelos. Está a 20 minutos de Lisboa. O espaço está bem decorado e tem um terraço muito zen com vista para o jardim. O apartamento tem possibilidade de uso de garagem (pagamento extra), o WIFI é fantástico. A pleasant space full of light, near the train station (2 minutes), 7-minute walk to the beach, with complete amenities, including air conditioning, WiFi and TV. Close to the supermarket (150 mts) and other commerce. Halfway between Cascais and Lisbon (15 minutes away in each direction). Important Notice: Since the municipality of Cascais started to charge a touristic tax of 4 euros/night/person, up to 7 nights (under 13 exempt) and the platform cannot charge it, I have to ask you directly.

Looking for a big, beautiful and modern apartment right next to the beach? You found it. 4 big bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, terrace and a little bit of a sea view. The apartment is located 100 meters from the beach. Big open kitchen & living room. We have many bars, restaurants, a bakery and even a supermarket all within 2 minutes walk. The train station - ideal for a quick train ride to downtown Lisbon is a 10 minutes walk away. We host since 2016 and have many great reviews. See you soon.
